Stopped in for a brief look to see if this place was right for me. It was a clean and welcoming place to come work out. It was A-1 just like the steak sauce.

Nice clean little shopping center with a Wells Fargo Bank, a CVS pharmacy, and a couple of small restaurants. Clean, and easy in and out, with plenty of parking available.

I love this place ❤ the price right...the other patrons are friendly and there to work hard. And occasionally, if I don't know how to use a machine, people have been cool enough to help!

A bit of everything. Free weights, machines, pool, sauna, classes (HIIT, Aerobics, Spin, Zumba, etc.). Personal Trainers are great too. They tailor the workouts for you and really make you work!

Oh gee! LAF is the Best place to work out. Staff is very knowledgeable about All of the machines And possess personal trainer skills to help us reach our goals. Great place

Please bring more light into the gym, it's a bit dull and dark inside... but otherwise great and I love that theres boxing bags here but not at the exclusive gyms *head scratch*

Great place to workout. Be care of guys hanging out in the locker room waiting for you to shower. Other than that get busy with your workout.
