Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our whole house was backed up so we called the Roto-Rooter emergency number at 9pm on a Sunday. The service guy, Alan Valentin, arrived within the hour. He quickly assessed the issue and got to work. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and talked us through everything he was doing. He was able to completely unblock our line, and found a break in the pipe on the city’s side cause by some other contractors. He cleaned up all the mess and helped connect us to the city to submit a ticket. He made sure we had all his contact info and promised to follow up next week to ensure everything is well. Alan went above and beyond for us and was so helpful and kind.Exceptional customer service! We’d definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone!

Our toilets were backing up into both showers. It was Sunday. We called and Alan V. responded. Alan was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He made sure everything was working properly. Then he started assisting with clean-up! If we ever have a problem we will definitely use Roto-Rooter again. Alan V. and Roto-Rooter gets our highest recommendation.

I Had great service from my initial call weeks before service with the on call person eric to scheduling service with Anne who was very cheerful To the plumber Marcus very knowledgeable professional and proficient. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and went way beyond to help my issue- thanks to you guys you were able to find a break in my sewer line caused by the city! We had a plumbing issue earlier this afternoon. Rotor rooter got their guy Manny over to our house the same day. Manny was professional and fixed our problem right away. I have used Roto rooter numerous times with complete success. I highly recommend.

My overall experience with Roto Rooter of Daytona was awesome! I am so very pleased with the level of knowledge and professionalism with the gentleman that came to my rescue. Matt was so nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He even took the initiative to call the city to also help in the matter so for future reference I knew everything about my plumbing system from what I didn't own to what I did. He kept me in the loop, explained and showed me everything I needed to know, what needed to be fixed and why! No mess left behind either. I would definitely recommend them and use them again very soon.

I don’t even know where to begin with this company. From the beginning to the end my husband and I had phenomenal service. We had a huge water leak and we weren’t sure where it was coming from at first. I couldn’t believe it the whole crew showed up. Not only the workers Marcus, Bret and Dylan but the manager Jim and the owners brother Tom showed up as well to make sure the job was done and everyone was on the same page. I was very pleased. The days following to make sure the area was drying properly Jim and the crew also came out everyday to be sure everything was running smoothly and resolving. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I wish there were more people in the world like them. I’ve used the Davis Brothers in the past. Long story short all they care about is the money and they treat their customers like they are just a number. Roto rooter is the best of the best!! They went above and beyond and did it neatly, and professional.

Brooks was an Angel from God. Came at midnight to fix our leaking water heater. Was very professional, courteous and even encouraged me in difficult season in my life.

We had a shower installed by a Roto Rooter plumber. He botched the job. BUT, we called the manager and he came with another plumber and fixed the mistakes. It took them about 6 hours, and they had to spend an additional $400 of their money, but they did it cheerfully, without trying to charge us or trying to weasel out of fixing our shower. I am so very impressed by manager Chris Fletcher's integrity and skill. I highly recommend Roto Rooter of Daytona!!

I don’t even know where to begin to express my gratitude! They would be my first call without hesitation! We had a leak with mold and Brian was thorough and explained everything. Within the hour, Jim was at our home letting us know the options and immediate solutions. Jim spent so much time with us and communicated throughout the entire week. We are now mold free and will recommend their service to anyone. Both of their prices were lower than the quotes and we can not be more appreciative, especially with the holidays fast approaching. It was Christmas day. We had an unfortunate sewer situation while staying with friends. Roto Rooter was our Santa. Thank you so much. Our technician was there in under an hour and never complained that it was Christmas. Excellent service, excellent staff.

I can’t say enough about the quality and efficiency of the service I received. I live on the first floor of a condo complex and a pipe broke on the third floor and was flooding my unit. There was a Roto Rooter truck in the parking lot right next door, and our Building Captain ran over to ask for emergency assistance and they were so fabulous at getting this water out of here as quickly as possible
Jim got all his equipment and his men in here really quickly and set up dehumidifiers and fans to limit the amount of water damage to my place and checked in with me daily through either a phone call or a visit with his moisture detector to locate further issues.
I would happily give them a 10 star rating if I could and although I hope I don’t have any further problems, I would positively call them if I did!!!

Everyone I spoke to was polite and understanding, they walked us through what info we could provide to help them and explained pricing. The guys showed up on time, took out the old heater and installed the new one; including mopping up any water and ensuring no leaks prior to payment. Would definitely call again if need arises.

Alan did an amazing job! He helped us detect the cause of our system backing up and even helped us coordinate with the local sewer management to ensure we’d get reimbursed for the work. We had a plumber out from another company before him who couldn’t assist, but Alan worked about 4 hours in the dark to make sure everything was up and running that night. I would highly recommend him and plan on contacting Alan for any work we need in the future!

The whole team from the Daytona office is so nice. The office personnel is very sweet and very helpful. Then I had Steven (hope I got this right) who did my first repair, really great job.
