We had lunch after doing the TABASCO factory tour. The food was good, affordable, and quick service. I highly recommend the Caesar salad with grilled shrimps, delicious!

I was expecting the restaurant to be more. Very plain building, you order at a makeshift counter and everything is brought to you in disposable dishes.
That being said, the food was actually great. Some of the best restaurant red beans I’ve ever had, the chicken wings were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and my wife and kid loved the etoufee and gumbo. I’m 100% convinced someone’s Cajun grandma is back in the kitchen cooking everything.
You’ll be underwhelmed when you walk in, but give it a try.

Had a very fresh house salad for lunch, (with a side of chili) and decided to sit out back on the porch to enjoy the birds engaging in playful chirping over my meal. About 2 bites in, I noticed that taste of garden freshness starting to saturate my pallet, and let me tell you, I felt time shift to when this was how we used to eat. Very good service, gorgeous surroundings and great food. Will return. S/N: Scorpion sauce is not to play with! Grown man stuff there! 🔥🔥🔥

I had the trio sampler and it came with etoufee, gumbo, and red beans and rice. My husband had fried fish and shrimp. Both were absolutely delicious and yes I’m from southern Louisiana!
Delishhhh ❤

After a few stops and starts with the menu we got the, “Ya’ll aren’t from here, are ya?”. The employees couldn’t have been more helpful explaining Southern cuisine and everyone found something they wanted. I had the sampler platter and tried every hot sauce on the table, there’s a bunch of them, on different bites. Considering what other tourist attractions would charge for the same meal this was a great value.

I have to admit… I expected the food to be bland. I was wrong. Fried catfish & boudin egg rolls were pretty darn good. On a side note I never thought I would be impressed by a dip but they have the best tarter sauce I have had to date. It is so fluffy too.

Get the crawfish nachos, you will thank me later. Also this place is cafeteria style, totally fine just get there early and be prepared for chaos. A lot of the other negative reviews I see, I think people just were expecting a typical dine in restaurant. This is not that.

The food was so good. Spicy like it is supposed to be. We had the chili and the red beans and rice. I wish they had corn bread for the side, would have made the meal perfect. My only complaint is the seating was very limited and a whole section was corded off for a "private event" but nobody was sitting there. It was 93 degrees outside so sitting on the porch was not pleasant, especially eating spicy food. They had a couple of tour busses through so that added to the limitations. Also, they were out of pecan pie but maybe that is why you should get there earlier rather than later.

Despite what reviews say the restaurant was the best part of the factory tour. The people were very friendly and the food was great, I couldn’t even eat both pieces of fish they were soo big. Me and my girlfriend ate for under 30 dollars, which made it a great stop before doing the jungle gardens. It’s definitely worth checking out

Great food even those who don't like spicy found something to eat. Make your own Bloody Mary 😁

We planned our visit here so that we could eat after we finished our tour and it was a great plan. Most/many of the food is Tabasco inspired from soups to sandwiches and more. We had Gumbo and a sampler. The red beans and rice was the favorite. The tables have a large collection of Tabasco products (including the Family Reserve) to taste/use with your meal. We had to taste almost every sauce with our meal. We really enjoyed tasting the sauces with lunch after going on the tour.

Get your tastebuds ready for this food experience. The funnest part was sitting out on the porch and trying out the different Tabasco sauces with the dishes. The bread pudding was also absolutely delicious! I enjoyed every moment from learning about how Tabasco is made to the beautiful grounds. You must visit this gem. ❤

Ideal place to have lunch! Gumbo was exceptional....the best I've had in a long time
The staff was very nice and courteous. And now that you can enjoy the outdoors in air conditioning AND on their porch...this place is perfect AND a vegetable bar of your pickings to personalize your Bloody Mary drink???? Heaven on Earth!!!!

Our first visit here was by chance several years ago and we have returned many times by choice. My wife and I crave the crawfish etouffee, and the red beans and rice. Oh heck I like them all, and with all the varieties of heat available on the table I can go extra wild with flavor. We also make a habit of cruising thru the Jungle Garden each spring when we can make the drive down.

Friendly staff, decently priced food with nice portions. Well stocked hand sanitizer at all exits. It's not your traditional tourist trap in Louisiana.

I got the Buffalo cauliflower. It was great and there was a lot to share!
