Be careful they’ll raise you waste water and water 100% like they did many people in Louisiana— you know why? Because we have no other option and they know it. $70 for water and $70 for waste is ridiculous!

Called and they said it was to bring their infrastructure up to compliance. Since when is it your customers burden to pay for your infrastructure? We are paying for a service— not your infrastructure.

Worst water company ever!! Around 2 pm this afternoon the water just cuts off. We call them but they said no one would be able to come and see about it today!!!! So we can't take baths after work are any water to do anything else. So it's 7 in the evening I go check. It's on slightly but it's orange!!! We can not use that for anything.. No telling what's in there!!! I do say this I'm going to the news are whoever I have too. I know this company should be shut down.

I’d give zero stars if I could, most corrupt water company around, they bought out our old water company and immediately set in with a rate increase of $100 or more, meanwhile promising improvements that have never happened, our water is worse then it’s ever been, it’s undrinkable, brown or cloudy at all times, the minerals in the water are causing damage to kitchen and bathroom fixtures, toilet equipment, washing machine and our hot water tank…we installed a whole home water filtration system hoping that would help, and while it gives me a bit of comfort to shower it’s still undrinkable, and we have to change the filters 3 times as often as we are supposed to due to build up, these filters are expensive themselves…they have just announced another rate increase which will put my water bill over $200 a month…it’s outrageous!!!

The worst water company I have ever delt with! I have had 2 major issues with them so far. Went to make payment online, the payment didn’t go thru even tho it showed it did on my side, got no letter in the mail, no phone call ect and my water got cut off, they charged me $100 reconnect fee and had to wait till the next day to get it on. So i set up auto draft to make sure this doesn’t happen again, now months later there was a issue with my bank and the draft didn’t go thru, I’m out of state and get a text that I was trying to be delivered a letter that needed our signature (from someone that is staying at my house) so I call and they tell me that it’s a letter stating the draft didn’t go thru and that the bill plus the $25 fee must be paid in cash or money order in person to keep the water from being turned off.
I tried to make a over the phone payment or on there website wouldn’t take it, said I could mail a cashiers check they wouldn’t wait to receive it from Me. I had to call family and have them go pay it on person and now have to print off paperwork and mail it to change our bank on file. The lady is so rude and unprofessional! It’s sad that there is no other option for water and I already contacted the state commissioner and he said there is nothing that can be done because it is privately owned the state can’t enforce anything on them. That’s a little scary to me! They can’t enforce regulations on people who supply water that we have to use!

Company took sewage utilities over and immediately hiked sewage charges to three times the amount. How is this even allowed?

We're literally under a boil advisory all the time I have to shower with this water cook with this water. This water is disgusting and a health hazard. Something needs to be done about it because I cannot even afford to have City water because it cost $1,000 just for the meter itself. If I have to go under City Water I feel like Magnolia Services should I pay the $1,000 if they don't want to upgrade their system here.

CHARGES YOU AN EXTRA $100 TO RECONNECT. NO NOTICE OR ANYTHING AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY BILL . THEY TELL YOU IT WAS MAILED AND THATS ALL YOU GET. THEY DONT SEND BILLS BY EMAIL .
ILL BE SWITCHING OVER TO A WELL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Worst water service ever. Wish there is another choice for water. They cut my water without notice because the mail never came to me. I called them up why you cut my water? I didn't get my bill. The lady told me " you should know to pay your the bill by the 15th of every month". I told her how do I know what to pay if there is no bill. She just simply told me we mailed it out.

Very rude. Called to see what I needed to switch in our name did exactly what they said, missing address typed up wouldn’t accept or willing to speak with the person allowing us to take it out their name. These people here are very rude and walk away. If you have to be this rude and disrespectful to customers then this isn’t your job.

So they shut off our water, I called to get it back on Af 3:00pm and they had shut down at 2:00pm. Called the emergency number and the dudes attitude was HORRIBLE. Guess it’s easy to be jerks when you have a monopoly. Wish there was another water option besides a water well. Terrible terrible company and people who just do not care.

Rude and unprofessional as hell. Lady needs to get a different job if you have no customer service skills. And guess what. Nothing is being done about this. If there was a 0 stars that’s what this company would get. Pathetic

They cut my water off because my payment was stuck in the mail. I have filed a complain with the bbb and hopefully the next time it snows in south Louisiana, the mail will work thru it so we wont have to pay $130 plus the bill to get reconnected. Im talking to the mayor of Youngsville to have another water company available.
