Wingstop

Nahmiyah and Christopher were an amazing host & offered us so many different options & they have superb customer service. Them two made are night as they have a sense of humor & we know we will be back. The cooks made our food so well tasting & I know this team should be honored as the best Wingstop ever. On 12/12/23 I went to Wing Stop located at 2911 Chapel Hill Rd Ste 235, Douglasville, GA 30135 last night around 10pm. Leonardo greeted my husband and I as soon as we came in, he asked if it was our first time (which it was). He then explained the flavors and was very informative. I placed my order and sat in the back to wait. I came to leave a review of him but looking at  a previous statement made by the same customer that was there on the night I was . I had to respond. While I was waiting for my food. I heard a customer come in name Raven, Leo said “that was my high school mascot those are beautiful creatures“ he took her order and proceeded to help get the orders out.  At no point did I see Leo touch any cash nor debit cards, he was putting in the orders in the computer and bagging. He dropped the corn to which “Raven asked if he touched it with his hand” to which he replied “yes they still have to cook they are frozen” to which she responded “you ain’t about to give me that corn that you touched with your dirty hands” to which he responded “I’m in a kitchen working why would my hands be dirty” she cut him off and said well you been touching cash and peoples cards. Can you drop some corn that you don’t touch” to which he said “ok no problem” she kept of arguing with him about him being dirty and then his attitude (when I don’t believe he ever had one). He was taking care of the customers and helping his crew in the back . She was wearing a face mask and she was as being very extra from the beginning. Leo was never rude! I hate that it had to be a sister. He did very good at composing himself (he better than me) He said “I have to work on my customers service” to which she responded “how are you going to tell me to work on the customer service” (he did not address that to her) she then proceeded to bully him l, telling him she will get him fired. At which point, I saw Leo disconnected from the conversation. She was nagging and trying to get a reaction. She was almost out the door and turn around and asked about the ranch to which he responded “check, since I didn’t bag your food I’m not sure” to which she responded that’s horrible customer service. You don’t know me. When she left my husband can be seen on camera telling  Leo he can give us the corn because I don’t have a problem with it ( we also ordered corn) . She drove away and stuck the middle finger at him. She tried it but Leo is a great soul we can’t let nasty entitled people get their way. Raven Strode Review not only is it false but is also disrespectful.

Amazing amazing I went in to pick up my order after having a rough day at work and I was greeted by Jada very sweet individual she handed my order and asked me to double check to make sure my order was to my liking. She was very caring definitely plan to see her next time I’m in

The cashier Dreameal was very kind & had great customer service. She handed me my bag of food and asked to check politely & everything was perfect. The food was a 10\10 she is a very great cashier, the people who prepped my food was AMAZING I love the corn & ranch it’s delicious, I hope to see Dreameal around again! P.s very clean store great employees

If you want your order right, order when they first OPEN! I ordered the ATOMIC wings all flats from WingStop because I’m still seeking real HOT WINGS and these are the love of my life! I normally like my wings extra extra crispy so I added honey and toasted them up In my toaster for the perfect bite! Hot, crispy triple the spice! 🥵 🌶 😋

Christopher was an absolutely amazing host and made my entire time at wingstop one to remember. His warm smiles and great commentary was amazing and I'm going to recommend all my friends to start coming to wingstop. You guys have earned yourself a new regular.

I went to Wingstop not expecting much after my last experience only to have Christopher as my host make my time here a great one. He needs a promotion IMMEFIATLY .

I have to say my experiences at this wingstop have been excellent. In the beginning when they first opened I had conflicts with the staff a couple times but understood this was a new location and they need time to mesh. Well now service is like clock work, my food is consistently great, and the staff works great together. My online order during this very busy Saturday evening was hot and ready exactly when it said it would be and I’m very pleased. Great job guys!

I always place my order online for pick up. It’s always ready or close to ready when I get there. Everyone is friendly. Including the cooks. Always willing to help. Yesterday, I heard the music that was playing. When I turned to look at the tv, I noticed it was on “clean” rap music. I hope they continue to do a good job. It’s nice to have a convenient wing place to order from.

This Wing Stop was a good choice for the money. My Lemon Pepper Wings were hot and delicious. The store was clean and the staff friendly and professional. I do not have a photo because I atr them up. Yum 😋 Yum. Just be careful pulling in and out of the parking lot it can be dangerous at the busiest times.

Never went here before until today and honestly I can say that it was a very wise decision to go. First of all the prices were unbeatable. Places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Taco Mac are overcharging for mediocre wings with weak sauces that all taste the same but with this place I was truly genuinely pleased with what I got. The order arrived in a very appropriate time frame considering how busy the place was, the wings were hot and fresh, and the sauces were very flavorful and rich. We'll be coming here now instead of other wing places. Thank you for the fantastic meal!

Absolutely outstanding. First timer here. The order came out exactly as ordered (which is sad that I have to call that out). The wings were prepared to perfection and the staff was very, very nice. Their soda machine was not working + they had no bottled water but meh, what can ya do. There was water in the soda machine so it was fine. I found it extremely odd that they don't have a garbage for the patrons to toss their trash but otherwise would 100% go back.

My wings where great like always. It was a nice lil line but I waited about 10mins for my food

Leo was amazing and he’s very funny

I just got out of the hospital and literally put in a last minute order. I work at a restaurant and i would never go in at last minute because im just not a jerk like that. They made me feel so welcomed and genuinely concerned about my health and me being ok. My wings were great. Fries were ok and my cream soda was great. The service I recieved from these young ladies was phenomenal. I wish i had caught their names but thank yall so very much. It was delicious

My son and I ordered the whole wing special. We chose 3 sauces and enjoyed all of them! The fries are a little sweet but good. Definitely will order from this establishment again.
