Macy's

Lucy helped me in Women’s Fragrance Department. I was looking for the Jean Paul Gaultier Divine Perfume for women. She was very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back. Also I found a few other things in Macy’s they were so cute!

There is an employee here at the Macy's @ Arbor Place Mall that my family just loves! She is short and petite, like my daughter and myself. She knows what does and does not work on our bodies! This is unique. Most people assume most clothes will be fine. They are so wrong!! Her classy style, her incredible journey through life, and remarkable faith make each shopping trip such a true blessing.

I absolutely loveeeee Macy's and anytime I'm near one (because the nearest one is like 2 in a half hours away from me) we stop and shop. And I'm so glad we stopped and shopped. I found some amazing boots on sale and I absolutely loveeeee them. The two African American ladies that were in the shoe department were so nice, kind, and friendly. They helped my mom with a boot situation and now she's has her boots ordered. Overall, she customer service was amazing and you can never go wrong with just shopping, lol. Truly enjoyed my time at Macy's.

Tamara was great! I asked her where to find black pants, she asked me about the occasion, and then she helped me pick out several pants along with tops to complement them. She was attentive to my feedback and took the time to go rack by rack helping me pair items. After I tried them on, she checked with me and offered assistance with accessories also. Top notch customer service.

I loved how spacious the store was.
There were some nice products on sale.
My wife found a nice pair of sandals.
My son got a pair of pants

This is Macy's so you better have your money together. I would've spent a real pretty penny in the place had I been a weaker man lol. It's nice but expensive. Also I received better customer service in Dillard's and I paid less money. The Ralph Lauren was nice. I could definitely put my swag in high gear in this place but again, expensive lol.

Great experience at the make up counter. My cousin went in to have her face made up at the Mac counter for her birthday. Emily did an excellent job and provided her with the best customer experience. While I was waiting on her I decided to try a new Clinique foundation. Gethan helped me match my color. It was perfect so I asked if he would apply it all over. I purchased it along with the concealer he used a lip stick and eyelashes. We both looked and felt beautiful when we left Macy's and went to dinner to celebrate her birthday.

The associates were very pleasant and helpful. The store was not too crowded and busy.

My mom and I visited today and while we were looking around I noticed my wallet was missing out of one of the shopping bags I had thrown it into. We of course freaked out and ran back to the previous store we had been at thinking maybe I left it on the counter after paying. It wasn’t at that store so we went back to Macys to try and see if we could retrace our steps and find it. We still didn’t see it so we asked one of the ladies at the cosmetics counter if anyone had turned it in. She radioed her manager and while she waited for a response another lady from the cosmetics area came up and asked us what it looked like and was being very reassuring. Finally the manager responded and said she was coming down. The second woman said that was usually a good sign if she was coming down because I’d they didn’t have it she would have just radioed and said no. The manager came down and handed me my wallet with every single thing still inside. She said one of her employees found it on the floor in one of the clothing areas and turned it in. I do not know all of their names but I appreciate everyone promptly trying to help locate it, and for the person that turned it in, and it’s awesome that this Macy’s has an honest and trustworthy staff. Very grateful and awesome experience.

A huge selection of perfumes for Men and women. Well lit and lots of helpful associates at Macy's.

Mr. Yancey held ALL of the knowledgeable information that we needed inorder for us to purchase the PERFECT mattress. Also there was a young lady that assisted us with purchasing a bottle of YSL cologne for my dad that was stationed at the Clinique counter but, came over to assist with making our purchase. Give them both a raise

Took myself shopping for mother's day. They have a great selection and good clearance things to. Had my granddaughter with me

This is one of my favorite stores to shop. I hope it stay open.

Love the location. I usually can get in or out easily. There is also fast and reliable car pickup service for orders, if you prefer to have items brought out to your car. Staff is very helpful.

I enjoyed my visit to Macy's at Arbor Place. The associates were pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and organized, even though the day before my visit was Black Friday!
