No pressure sales forsheds. The lady came out to say hi and let us know the buildings with the plain stained wood were on sale. We asked about delivery to South Augusta, which they do.
One downside is that they don't offer electrical packages.

We have stayed at Boss's Rv park twice for long term stays. We very much enjoyed being there. The owners Rocky and Bobby were great to deal with. The current park managers are just as nice and are very helpful. Still a nice place to stay. Besides the facts listed above we are a mobile rv repair company and have found many good customers at boss's. Again good people, fun times and safe camping. Highly recommend this park.

5 stars for excellent customer service!! Although we have not actually stayed here, we would in a heartbeat. I called for a reservation for Ft. Gordon graduation, which happens to be the same week of the Master's tournament in Augusta. The park was booked but Billie offered to place us on a cancellation list. When I gave her my phone number, she made a connection to my area code and told me she was also from a neighboring town (small world!) I explained our needs and she happily referred me to a few locals that may have open accomodations that week. She also called me back the very next day with a cancellation. Unfortunately, I did not get back with her soon enough and she moved on to the next available guest (as I would expect a business to do) She was extremely friendly and helpful. You don't meet people like her every day. If/when we are back that way, we will stay at Boss's RV!!

Wonderful people. The owners go above and beyond about your safety and well-being. They are extremely helpful and understanding. They hold community cookouts, makes you feel at home. Have to meet Dave (Beavis) he's the best guy you can meet and his kids are extremely well mannered and respectful. All in all it's a great park. They also have propane on site and the prices are extremely competitive and adorable. Going to be a sad day when we leave.

Nice little Oasis. Owners extremely accomodating and attentive. Clean shower/restrooms and plenty of working machines in the laundryroom. Country atmosphere just a stones throw from town tops things off. Spots may be a little tight but are well taken care of and nieghbors are respectful of everyones privacy. Thanks Rocky & Bobbie!

Stayed for the night just passing through on our family trip. Nice folks! Quiet little park tucked away off the road. Even though it's an RV park and we were in a tent they were still able to accommodate us and save us from another hour on the road or ending up in a random motel somewhere.

Though there isn't much in the way of kids activities. (Playground, campfire rings, swimming etc.) What they had served us perfect for what we needed. A place to pull off the road, Clean restrooms, Hot showers and best of all a field full of baby cows and donkeys!

We would give this place a ten star rating if we could. The owners are on premises and keep the place immaculate, we've never had that before. They are very approachable and helpful on top of friendly. We are from Maine, stayed here 2 weeks and loved our stay here, very peaceful and quiet . Our lot was the nicest we've had with a cement patio, Nice hedges, bushes and trees and a nice fence. We would highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.

the best calm quiet and most of all safe feeling rv park in the area. I will definitely stay here if it's available each and every time I'm in the area. small town. only about 20 minutes from the closest walmart with a decent grocery store nearby.

Have never actually parked a recreational vehicle here but visited friends in the park many times. The park is always clean and well maintained. There are restrooms/ shower houses available to campers. This location tends to be long term stays vs short stops. The office has chemicals and a few other items available for issues that arise with typical campers. Can also get your propane tanks refilled here for very competitive prices, a service of which we do take advantage.

What a hidden gem!

The new owners began their new adventure in running this very serene, mid-size RV Park the same day we arrived and they sprang out of the gate in the middle of hurricane Dorian. Warm greetings and continued hospitality throughout our week’s stay.

The park is smaller which made for a great sense of community and belonging. Many of us escaping the clutches of oncoming weather, but many call the park home full time.

People were easy to engage and talk to and our hosts were very accommodating for all those who stayed. Full hookups made our sequester easy and light. No more than light breezes from the storm granted us an enjoyable and care-free experience. On site laundry and decent wi-fi made us feel right at home.

Three cheers to new owners Bobby and Rocky for over-delivering on hospitality, community, and maintenance!

Boss's RV Park is my goto overnight stop when travelling from North Carolina to my daughters in Alabama. You'rre treated like family and they remember returning guests. Special bonus is Peggys Resturaunt in town for a great affordable dinner .

Bobby and Rocky are very kind, accommodating and make you feel like family! We spent a few months there in our Airstream for work. They have full hookups, very clean laundry and bathrooms with showers. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a long stay or a short getaway!

Clean, and relatively quiet. The management is awesome and helpful.
Edit: there was a big community pot luck for thanksgiving, the owners really try to foster community. Don jump started our truck 2x while we figured out what was wrong. It's a really great little RV park.

Our family stayed here for a month and we had the most amazing time! The owners are super friendly and work hard to keep the site clean as well as the showers and laundry room. There are several wifi access points so you'll never have an access problem which is super helpful if you have kids or a WiFi tv. I can't get over how friendly and accommodating they are here! If you need help or have a problem they're right on top of it! The park is also surrounded by a cow and donkey farm which our son couldn't get enough of. Absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area great rates and even better people!

Peaceful, considerate, and convenient location. The owners are so sweet and they take wonderful care of the property. Showers on site are in good condition, water pressure is awesome, tiled, and roomy. The laundry facilities on site are cheaper than they are in town and work well. Lots of shade and picnic tables for each lot :) The park is surrounded by farm land and it's not unusual to hear an occasional donkey, goat, or cow. We love it, I would rather be out here where I can feed a carrot to a cute little donkey than in town with noisy (or nosey) neighbors, or road noise. We stayed here for one month.

Great management, clean and well taken care of facilities. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The Dixon's are very friendly and caring people, who would do just about anything for you. We will be back if we are ever in the area again!

Next door are donkeys and cows with cute babies and a friendly farmer. On site are many hummingbird feeders and there is a good chance that you will see one if you are patient and quiet. The park was easy to get our 41 foot trailer into and out of, and the lot size was roomy. The owner of the park has had it for about 2 years, lives on site, and is very nice.

Awesome park. The amenities aren't unusual, but it's got a great owner. Super, super helpful. I got here in the amazing cold, and my phone wasn't working. I got very gracious help with everything. Good internet access, all the hookups you need. I would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

I stayed here for 18 months while working on a nearby project.
The owners couldn't be nicer!
It's not a huge KOA like facility, but they have a laundramat and nice shower house. The Dutch House up the road has fabulous food too!
