Awesome place , great staff and very good workout machines , everyone is friendly

I’m a middle aged man and I find working out at this gym is great for all ages , great atmosphere with great equipment and since the new owner took over it’s getting better everyday , I highly suggest you go check it out , I’ve been working out there for almost a year and it’s been great , good location , staff , and atmosphere! 5 stars !

Ive been working out here for around 6-8 weeks now and I have lost 32lbs and feel great. The facilities are always clean and organized. There are always enough available machines/weights to keep you from having to wait in line. I am looking forward to the upgrade of the treadmills later this year. All of the staff and other members are kind and courteous to others. I would definitely recommend this gym to others.

Great gym in a great location. They play workout music here unlike most gyms. Only complaint would be the bathrooms.

It was very quiet, empty, and relaxing which is all a good thing but there are signs posted around the facility that states to wipe down machine and equipment after use.

There were people using machine and equipment and not wiping them down. Just getting up and walking away.

I dont care how many shots or boosters you have. Follow the instructions and directions put in place to ensure the safety and protection of others.
