Republic City Utility Billing

I really like the customer service when you walk in. The staff is very friendly. But it is very difficult to reach them over the phone. It is constantly busy. If they had additional phone lines, that would help and I'd give 5 stars!

The services provided when I have gone to the office to pay my bill has been courteous and pleasant. My issue is with the inability to contact the office on the telephone. Most times when I have tried to call and have tried for a few hours the line is continually busy. The city either needs additional lines for this department or monitoring needs to be done to ensure the line is being utilized for business of the water department

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone when I call? I have low water pressure would like to know if it is a city problem??? No one answers the phone when you call the city of republic.
