Lowe's Home Improvement

I was in need of 3 doors for my home, I called this store to check product and Kendra answered and she went above and beyond to assist she asked if it was OK to put me on hold because she believed they had one of the items I needed in stocks that I thought they did have. Not only did she confirm the item was there but she gave me item number and a person to ask for to get this item because she would not be working. Aniyah was the referenced worker and she was awesome , she walked aisle by aisle, ensuring we had everything we needed. Not only those 2 but all of the workers were so willing to help. It was so refreshing to experience that top level of customer service.

I came in with my lawn mower not working and employees JB and CAMERON were a complete pleasure. They did everything they could to help me including watching YouTube videos lol.. I truly appreciate these 2 for the help!! Fantastic customer service

Came to pick up an online order for upright freezer. The young lady in aplliances was great..courteous..friendly and did all the work herself. She was so pleasant I almost bought another one..dont want to use her name but it was worth the hour drive. (Local lowes didnt have these). Thanks.

Lashawn in the paint department is so helpful and really made my experience great! She was able to assist me with finding the perfect paint for my project and is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Lowes for anyone looking to make updates to their home because the customer service I received was fantastic!

I went to Lowe's to look at microwaves and a new freezer and I found both within 15 minutes. Paid for them and set up delivery for them for tomorrow and warrantees.

The staff always knows exactly where everything is and they always have what I'm looking for they are always nice and respectful

Lowe's usually has anything you may need from appliances, fixtures down to that one little screw or nut that you need just one.
Helpful customer service and for online orders, fast and easy. Also the best place for your gardening and flower bed supplies.

Matt was the associate who help me here at this location he worked in Plumbing on 3/11/23. I was so grateful for his patience and help with answering my questions and gave me better insight on the job I had to do at home. Without him I am not sure if I was going to able to complete the job. I visited this lowes 9 times I would think he be mad by now but he was so helpful. Shoutout to MATT...... Love your work ethic, patience and knowledge. Not too many workers out there like that really....

Went here on 08/01/2023 around 9:15am. Amazing customer service from the cashier in the garden department. That's how you treat people.

Awesome customer service,in my opinion this is one of the best stores in my area had to shop this store due to the fact trying to shop lowes in rockingham but the manager was very rude care less if we made big purchase or not never been treated that badly will not ever shop lowes of rockingham again if lowes actually reads this you need to retrain your I'm assuming he was assistant manager not the real manager but he acted like he owned this store what a real jerk

I found everything I needed, except the solor lights which are very expensive now

Had an online order spoke with Courtney York in customer care. She was AWESOME! Her customer service was the best! She set a high standard so when I called Lowe’s in Sumter and S. Florence I expected the same. Unfortunately, Sumter store customer service was TRASH! and S. Florence needs improvement. Thanks Courtney for having such wonderful customer service skills!

Thanks to Kamryn and DeNiece for great service!!! I am new to gardening and have had the best experience with this Lowe's! Every employee in the garden center has gone above and beyond. They've helped me pick out specific plants and helped me load up my dirt/mulch bags. Even going so far as to get some plastic to put in my car to make sure the back seat didn't get dirty. Thank you all for a great experience, I'll be back!

A employee walked all the way across the store to show me where what I was looking for was stocked. He also helped other customers in that department. The store had several choices of the tool I was looking for. He worked in the hand tool department and everything was in neat order and in nice display.
