Mark McCully: Allstate Insurance

This has been my favorite Allstate agent to deal with. Mark McCully is one of the most personable and genuine people you'll ever meet. I had a lot of questions and quite a few changes, seemed like I was calling him 5-6 times a day. Each time he was patient, never showed any sign of being annoyed and always made sure I understood everything. He always returns calls quickly too. Not to mention, the rates are great.

the agents are very professional, courteous and helpful. Never seem to be in a rush to get you off the phone when you need their help. Went above and beyond expectations when we had a roof damage. We appreciate them more than anyone could know. Great agents and company.

I have my cars, house and other things insured. Anytime I’ve needed to adjust what’s being insured I just shoot over an email and get a quick response back and by the next day the policy has been adjusted. Super easy to work with

I switched insurance companies with these guys and literally cut my bill in half. There was a few errors in billing nothing that they couldn't fix though. They've always been a great help anytime I have questions.

Very helpful staff, my needs are usually able to be addressed with one or two calls at most.

One of Allstate’s customers backed into our car at Walmart as I was pulling away. We went over to the Allstate office where the other party told Jeff she hit our car and took responsibility ( old lady said the sun was in her eyes). Jeff told her if she took responsibility for the accident it would cause her to loose her safe driving bonus check, and since it was in a parking lot she should say it was 50/50 so the lady said she wanted to do 50/50 responsibility. The lady hit my car, I was already back out and had my car in drive when she backed into me! But now I’m out $ 500.00 because Jeff with Allstate told her to lie! This is not ok! I would never recommend this office to anyone ever! IMO Jeff doesn’t need to be in the job he is in. I’ve been told to report the to the insurance board and I’m considering it! Allstate should have paid for the damage to my car! If you want a company to lie this is the place to go! If you want a honest insurance carrier avoid! Also we use to use this office for our insurance and had no problems with the other adjuster and thought this was a reputable company! We didn’t want to leave but needed cheaper insurance! I have no regrets now for leaving now knowing the dishonestly! If an accident was my fault I would have accepted it! But Jeff knew it wasn’t my fault and his client hit my car! That dishonest and unfair! I hope his client enjoys her safe driving bonus !
