Had to go in to file a claim...they were professional and had us taken care of and the claim closed within a week. So friendly and helpful

I had a son who turned 16 in January, and our insurance rate was going to skyrocket by about $300 a month. Our homeowners insurance was also going to go up by about $1200 a year. Blake was able to give me the same coverage as what I had with another company (that I had been with for years) and my auto coverage only went up about $100 a month with a 16 year old and not only kept my homeowners from going up, but he saved me another $1200 a year on my homeowners insurance. I don't know how he did it. I have nothing but good things to say about Farm Bureau and this office. Staff is very responsive whenever I call.
