I'm a Michigander who visits Branson every summer for the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra. In the summer of 2018 I received a citation for expired tags. My eventual court date was long after I returned to MI, and thus a warrant was issued.
This spring I realized I ought to take care of this, so I asked Mr. Naioti if he could help get the warrant removed so I might return to Branson, and be able to accept a judgement and fee. Not only did he remove the warrant, but he got the original charged dismissed and I was able to drive down and enjoy Missouri worry free!
All of this was done while Mr. Naioti and his team were in the middle of a hectic week, as they were moving offices. I cannot understate how much it meant and how kind and professional this team is.

I’ve used his legal services many times, ALWAYS with great outcome, in both Stone and Taney co. I have and continue to recommend him. However he was hired in Jan pd in full as usual. The case got unexpectedly settled out on first visit. In Mar. or Apr. I was notified that a check was mailed to me for an over payment. (good honest work) However it was mailed to an old address and was allegedly returned to sender. I am told to try to track it down. So come July I called to discuss this matter. Checks only good for 6mo so a stop payment is not necessary and once again I get “It must be somewhere” “have U contacted the post office?” Does this method work with your bills?
