This place is a diamond in the rough! Our family ate here and the food is excellent! The cheeseburgers are very juicy and fresh and the grilled ham and cheese was delicious! Don’t even get me started on the homemade banana cake🤤the service was the best we have had in a long time also! It is almost worth us making a 4and half hour drive back to eat here again! Highly recommend the prices are great!

What a nice little Cafe. This place is always busy. The food is good, the service is friendly and the cost of meals are lower than you would expect.

My friend got cheese burger and curly fries and I got shrimp and fries both us got sweet tea. We really loved this place and the food was REALLY good. Would really recommend this place.

We happened upon Grandma Nell’s while traveling. I’d love to go to locally owned places. This did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the servings were huge, and the price was very affordable. I will definitely go back if my travels take me that way. I highly recommend!

This was the catfish Inn. It was a jewel hidden in the heart of Birch Tree. I cant wait to take some friends here. Everything was really good.

We ordered grilled chicken, salad, chicken livers, okra, mashed potatoes and white gravy and coconut cream pie. All was very good. Husband said best pie he'd had in ages. Only negative was there was only 1 waitress - the owner (and she was filling in for someone else). She was busy all the time, place full and she was sacking carryout so had to wave her down for refills. That was quite acceptable. Entire bill $20.70.

I'm not sure if I just came on the wrong day or what but they were out of half the stuff that I wanted to order It's just like my grandma's place. Sit down shut up and eat what you're served. There wasn't a lot of food but what you did get was good and it was cheap. And the mushrooms were pretty good.

Stoped in for lunch. Special was Fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. My husband had the smokehouse burger with curly fries. Both of our meals were delicious. Fast service with a friendly waitress. Small town atmosphere. The chocolate pie for dessert was also delicious. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Has amazing food. Always good portions and prices aren't to bad. For a small town a really good place to eat. Always satisfying.

Highly recommend! Stopped in while on our way to Nashville. The grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich with sweet potato fries was so good. A generous size serving. The Smokehouse sandwich was just as good. Quick and friendly service.

Found this place during our travels through states. Waitress was very sweet and food was fast and tasty.
