The small engine shop changed the chain and spark plug on the spot ... great service!

It's now owned by Tractor Supply, but Orschelns was top notch. Does so much for the community.

Macon is one of the better stores I've been in.

Gonna miss Orscheln's.....they always carried my dog food. Hope Tractor Supply carries it also. I hear at a higher price though.😒 We'll see.....

Something for everyone in the family! Our animals are well taken care of with a trip or 2 a month. Customers service is always there to help find or answer questions. If one store doesn't have it, customers service will call another store to help you find what you are looking for. It's our 1 stop shop!!!

Really ènjoy my local Orscheln farm and home. There in stock has been very good through these last 2-3 years. I also think the associates are friendlier than in the past. Thanks.

My last purchase was a 15 gallon sprayer to use with my ATV. I called prior to arrival to see if the particular item that wanted was in stock. It was. I explained to the person that spoke with (I wish I
remember their name) that I don't walk very well. They said to call when I arrived and they would bring it out to me. Within 1 minute the sprayer was in the bed of my pickup.. My debit card was taken inside and returned to me in 2-3 minutes. I feel that your employee went above and beyond their normal duties.This was at the Moberly , Missouri store. Thank You Orscheln's.

We’ve visited this location maybe a dozen times working in the area for a large job. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and organized

I needed a furnace filter and it was 5 minutes to 8:00pm. I pulled up to Westlakes, on my side of the road, and They were locking their doors for the night. I told the guy I just needed a furnace filter he said sorry we are closed and locked the door. I jumped in my car and drove over to Orschelns, who were also loading carts getting ready to lock the doors. I asked if I could come in,real quick , and buy a furnace filter. They said absolutely come on in. I will not be shopping at the other store because they obviously didn't care. Thank you for caring Orschelns. That is the kind of service we want in Moberly.

They had what I needed! 5 gallon bucket of Rotella T 15w/40 T3 motor oil.
There Customer service was excellent! Was in and out quick!

This store is a standout example of why you should buy locally when possible. Can you better deal them online? Sometimes, but not always. Farm and Home is a valuable hometown resource, and when you cannot wait for something to be shipped you will realize just how important it is. Great staff, and longtime local employer.

Sad to see it consumed by tractor supply but what can you do
