They are very helpful and courteous!

Mss Know-it-All must share a word of wisdom to all business owners and large corporations. Sometimes, bad employees give a good company a bad reputation. Here is an example: My sister gets an expensive shot, that is delivered by UPS. UPS has failed to deliver on multiple occasions. Most recently my sister attempted to communicate with Noble Pharmacy regarding the matter because she needs her medication and they had not shown up all day. The ignorant employee who answered the phone and works under the leadership of Lauren Lewis, pretended to be the supervisor and was overheard saying unprofessional things, telling lies, and referring to my sister (Noble's customer) as a "B", as she thought the phone was on mute; but, it was not. This mentality was a display of extreme ghettoism and was completely unwarranted. A customer in need of life-saving medication who calls in insisting on speaking to management deserves help, not stupidity. Some companies are paying clowns to decrease their marketshare, ruin their reputation, and eventually put them out of business. I'm sorry to say Noble is not a company to patronize with the current customer service staff they have in place. Run for your life!

Avoid them like the plague! They are horrible and will give you the runaround until you die. Seriously, get your medicine anywhere else besides Noble! They deserve 0 stars.

IF I COULD RATE LOWER I WOULD 😡.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT HELPFUL, NOT UNDERSTANDING. AND THIS IS EVERY TIME I CALL. I beg my doctor to switch to another pharmacy but no other pharmacy carry my prescription.. I HATE IT 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
