Chris and John brought a replacement sofa for me today. Warranty issue couldn't be resolved so it was replaced These two are always great to work with. I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with the Sanford location over the years . Thanks to David and his staff for great customer service and support.

John and Chris are great! They delivered my furniture on time and was very professional. Also I had a love seat and a sofa that needed to be moved upstairs. my other moving help arrangements failed to come through. But they were willing to help me move my chairs upstairs and then set up and deliver my newly bought furniture in the living room. No questions asked and was willing to help. Thanks Chris and John! Such a huge help!

Today I had Chris/John come to my home to look at my large recliner that has malfunctioned. They inspected it and said they would work on repairing it or replacing it as soon as possible. They have always treated us with respect and worked hard to retain our business. Overall, they are just good people.

Chris and John delivered 2 power recliners for my parents. The recliners were to replace the couch in the living room. They helped us out so much. They removed the old couch in the family room. Then moved the couch that was in the living room tothe family room. After they brought in the recliners they thought my parents how to use them. They even stayed so my Mom could try it out and gave her some tips on how to best use the recliner to help with her mobility issues.

With wonderful customer service skills that you can't find anymore and very knowledgeable and with a big beautiful smile and always glad to help you. My friend recently purchased a lift chair. The whole staff was very accommodating in finding the right one for him. The store has beautiful furniture and the presentation of the pieces is impressive.

My mom got a washer and dryer machine and the customer service was excellent so we also got a bud bed and the delivery guys were super nice I really appreciate them and I recommend it 100%

David is awesome!! I've worked with him and Latecia for 15yrs and the experience has been awesome. I would recommend anyone to either of them, they are knowledgeable and they remember ALL of my purchases as if they look at the furniture in my home daily!! Bought the only recliner in town my wife liked with an electric recline. After 18 days, it stopped working. Called Badcock and they sent a repairman (Travis) out next day where he quickly diagnosed the problem (bad power cord) and they fixed it same day. No run around. No gimmicks.
