Save A Lot

I like coming here because it's never packed with people running into me while I'm on the scooter. The workers are always helpful and nice. I'd rather come here than deal with the circus of Walmart any day!

I was able to buy just what I planned to get and leave without much of a wait!! The STORE was VERY CLEAN and STAFF on duty are VERY POLITE and HELPFUL!!

Had a good selection of meats, vegetables and packaged products. Prices were reasonable.

Been awhile since I been there. Stopped in for steaks. Actually got good price on t-bone an Robert 3 steak family pack between 12 an 15 dollars each family pack.
Then got few other items. The produce man helped me find some items. He's been with store for years. He's a good man.
I will be back. Soon

As like everywhere else, the price's of almost anything that you put your hands on, has gone up. Fortunately the prices in Save A Lot are still barrable and reasonable. Bring your own grocery bags. 😁

Well stocked affordable prices and clean

We've been going here for years and well the service is Great and to be a small store they have more of what you want and need at a really great price ! The 5/$20 is the best deals for sure all the way around ! Their produce section is the best and you get greet prices usually !

Friendly employees and the shelves are well stocked. I always shop here when I need tomatoes and hot peppers, as they're always fresh, the peppers are actually picked ripe, so they're hot! They have good deals on large packages of meat, 20 lb bags of rice, canned goods, and cereals as well.

I love the sav a lot in Sanford NC. Everyone is very nice and the store is never crowded, always clean, and has the absolute best canned veggies anywhere. I think it is a well kept secret in Sanford. Love it though.

5/7/22: Told ya... Back again.
The ONLY place so far here in NC that carries garlic bologna. Lots of other good stuff and great prices. This will be a place we do some grocery shopping from now on.

Lastly visit 7 months ago if that tells you anything. I got molded meat twice.

The owner left a reply on this review that says, "Thanks for the great review and being a loyal shopper" They have left several sarcastic replays to customers that Express issues but Thank the ones that do not. I am in the customer service industry and have been taught that the complaining customer is your best friend. Apparently this owner does not care about the status of his grocery store. Maybe when there is a foodborne illness outbreak from someone getting sick from old and expired product he will care. However, it will be too late once this occur.

Friendly customer service, clean place, fresh meats, fresh local produce and you get more for less.

I went in here before the hurricane for supplies. They had everything I wanted. No bottles of water, but NoBody has those. Better prices than Lidl and some better than Aldi. Store wS not overbusy and you dont have to bag your own groceries. Oh and for our handicapped friends they had 3 scooters with baskets on the front.

Good food, good prices, good employees!
