Hampton Inn & Suites Laurel

Shannon was super helpful when we arrived late at night. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed two nights. The breakfast was really, really good. All workers at the hotel were super helpful and nice. Parking was good. We would stay again and highly recommend this hotel. We even got a gift bag when we left with water and snacks. Great place to stay.

I read several reviews regarding the water pressure. We stayed in 305 and the bathroom appears to have been recently renovated and the water presurre was amazing. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice staff. Breakfast was also very good. I would recommend and I am pretty picky about hotels.

I spent two nights here and I felt so welcomed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They always greated us with a hello and smile. The manager also lended me her personal fan because I need it for the sound at night. I definitely would say to stay there you won't be disappointed. My stay was November 8 and 9.

The night attendant Brittany was FANTASTIC! My wife and I took our 2yo son downstairs at 9pm to burn off some energy after a long day of driving so he would sleep. Brittany setup an area for him to play and brought out a little bowling ball set to keep him entertained. He played for at least half an hour and she took the time out of her evening to keep us all company, when she was not obligated to. The Hilton hotel chains would be blessed to have more folks like her! What a great experience! Oh, and when we arrived, Brittany suggested some excellent places to eat…and it worked out GREAT! Definitely recommend Cafe La Fleur if you want some good food!!!

Hi this place I went there on a corporate business trip and the rooms were nice I stay there this past week we had a waiter that comes in she checked out room on my daughter came along with me she said they was the service was excellent they came and made sure everything was nice they brought new towels and everyday I do recommend them they had a happy bag if you was rushing to get to corporate office or to work it's a nice place to go

This is the nicest place we've stayed here before and will continue to stop every time we come through. People were awesome as well.

We was there for a softball tournament for the weekend. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend anyone to stay here. It was a little pricey but worth the money!!

I blocked 25 rooms several months in advance for a wedding. I worked with Sherelle and she was so friendly and accommodating in setting this up and when I needed to make changes. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. Breakfast staff were nice and breakfast was very good. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

We had a nice stay here. The hotel is very clean. Our room was nice as well. Breakfast was good with lots of different choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is free coffee and water in the lobby. I felt safe at all times.

This hotel is in an ideal location, just off I-59 and a close drive away from the historic district and downtown. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as we were on our way to the wedding of a family member in Fairhope, AL. We are huge Home Town fans and wanted to spend some time in Laurel to enjoy the many architectural gems that are here. All the staff members with whom we interacted were welcoming and friendly. An extensive renovation project is underway at this hotel, but communications about what is occurring were very clear. We actually were able to stay in one of the newly renovated suites, which is nicely furnished and thoughtfully arranged. We would most definitely stay here on future visits to Laurel.

First of all, I would like to thank everyone at this establishment for being so kind and heartfelt towards my fiancé and I during our two night stay. Second of all, A wonderful lady named Brittany who works front desk absolutely deserves a raise! Yes indeed. She was very impressive and efficient in getting absolutely everything my fiancé and I everything we needed and requested for. I just adore the people at this place. If we ever come back to visit Laurel, we be coming to stay here again. It can’t get any better than this. The Breakfast was awesome as well! I love some biscuits and gravy now! The sign out front says Southern Hospitality, thats just what you’ll be met with when you walk in the door. They do a fabulous job. God bless this staff and the sweet housekeepers.

Beautiful place , Kind workers , The bathrooms are very nice big white and bright . Big tubs . Very clean and beds are so comfortable. Definitely will be back !!!!

Room was clean and comfortable, many modern updated features. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices. Everything went as it should, from checking in to checkout.

Was best stay ever the room was large comfortable and the breakfast was the Best but that coffee was great. I love it. Thanks for letting me have greatest time
