Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I ordered takeout for my Jeep club CNC4X4. We had 30 people camping at URE. We set time to pick up the food and when we got there everything was ready to go. They helped load into the truck with plates napkins/silverware all provided. Outstanding service. Thanks

We both ordered the rib plate with original BBQ sauce, coleslaw, green beans, and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the service was excellent. We would definitely eat here again if we are ever back in the area.

What a nice little surprise! We followed our noses, literally!! This is my favorite type of bbq - Texas BBQ. You can order a dish, or pick your meat, then how you want it. They offer sweet, original, or spicy sauce with the meats. The brisket was PERFECT. I loved the creamed spinach too. Very friendly, helpful, and patient staff! Thanks for participating in a great charity as well. I will bring more friends here!!

Idk why the other reviews are bad. Haven't had an ounce of unhappiness after eating here. Great food, very filling. Always satisfied with Dickie's. I do wish they had a nice vinegar based sauce but if I wanted it that bad I would just go to pines on 52.

Wow talk about some great BBQ right now! Stoped in for the 1st time and was amazed with the food. Staff was very nice and helped us through our order. They made the food right then for us! We got food to go but wished we could have ate there. The place has a cool theme and it was really clean. Thanks for the great food! It was really good!

The Beef Brisket was tender and delicious! Great stop in between Raleigh and Charlotte. Clean plate club....

I came here for the first time today. This was the best experience for a barbecue restaurant that I have been to in a long time. Finally, barbecue made the way it was meant to be made, Texas style. The staff was very friendly, and the place was spotless, very clean. I will be visiting this place more frequently in the future. I must say, that this is the best sausage, pork BBQ, and beef brisket around, not to mention potato salad, creamed spinach, and baked beans. Can't wait to try more.

Was our first time here. Met my husband for dinner after he got off work around 5:30 Friday night. Walked in and we were immediately greeted. We ordered our food and barely got our drinks when they brought out our dinner to our table. The food was so delicious!! We will definitely be returning. Staff were extremely polite, restaurant was clean and the food was delicious!! Definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were a group of five on a Sunday afternoon and we were able to order straight away with no wait and our order was served quickly and fresh and hot. The brisket is very good and the pulled pork is also a great choice. Unfortunately they were out ofchicken and ribs. The combo plate of brisket and smoked jalapeño sausage was great. Our entire group ate for well under 100 dollars.

Everything was great! I had the pulled pork and brisket 2 meat plate with green beans and mashed potatoes. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich with green beans and macaroni. Food was excellent, staff was very friendly, restaurant was clean! Although they didn't have waffle fries like we are used to in Raleigh, they made up for it with the crushed ice! 😁

My husband and I bought the party packs for a college going away party. The staff at Dickeys packed our meals perfectly. Everything tasted amazing and they had even packed everything we could have even thought about needing. They set us up so well we just enjoyed our night with family and friends. We will definitely be back.

Question no more, this IS THE PLACE TO GO AND EAT! 100 sanitary grade, delicious food, the bbq tasted so fresh like it just came off the wood, everyone was so extremely helpful and friendly, had a smile on their face and genuinely loved what they do. Every single person behind the counter wanted to assist us!! My husband hasn't been this satisfied with an eating experience in a good long time.
Places like this are rare to come up on. If we could rate it more stars we would.

Love this place, my friend have made it a tradition to go here for lunch everytime we have a girls day out.
I highly recommend Dickies. If you ever get a chance you should try the walking taco salad, it's a seasonal menu item but it's soooooo good.

Awesome place! Very helpful with explaining how their menu works...and for first timers it can be a little confusing. Love the Texas style dry rub instead of the traditional wet BBQ. Slightly on the pricie side but somebodys gotta pay for that building and those commercials. I try to eat their at least once a week!

Best place my family has ever eaten at. Stopped in on 10/13/2019 at 4 pm and the staff was wonderful, very friendly people... Will highly recommend this place to anyone. Food was amazin if you like Barbecue, The only thing i wish they had was like a 6 or a 12 pack of Bisket tacos there the best.. The westerner plate very pleased lots of food great prices....
