Belk

Very clean and nice store. My son says it looks creepy from the way it looks from the outside, but it's a great store when you walk in. Friendly customer service. Huge sales everywhere, very impressed. Got a $60 shirt for 15. Where I live, Walmart is our biggest clothing store, but Belks has definitely outbeat them for my business. Better quality clothes for much cheaper prices, you can't beat that.

They have a great selection of clothing for your family.

I don't shop very often but I found some good prices and nice help here.

Returned some things I ordered online. Line moved a little slow, but the other associate had cut her hand a little and had to go get a bandage. Return was fast and easy. Went to 80% off ladies sale rack and bought $48 tank dresses and tank tops for less than $9 each! I was very happy!

Store was well stocked and the sales and online coupons were great. Store was clean and workers were very nice.

It’s an older store but always clean and nice when I walk in and the employees are there to help. It just needs to be bigger than it already is, I mean there isn't even a jewelry section at all. With the whole rest of the old mall empty now they have plenty of room to expand and they should think about doing that.

Great sale going on! Associates we interacted with were very friendly & helpful. Hadn't been there in forever so we weren't sure what to expect but we got some nice clothing for great prices!!

The staff were great even when it was extremely busy. The selection on Big and Tall was better than mist stores I have shopped.

Went to buy a polo golf type of shirt and was surprised to see most of them 50% off. The cashier was very pleasant and had a coupon for an additional amount off. That was so kind of her to do that,anything helps these days. Thank you so much for your kindness and great attitude ❤

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is very clean. They had 60% off on some of the clothing i got. The other items were discounted also. I think a lot of people would be surprised at their lower prices.

It was fine. The register attendent got me an extra %20 off that I didn't have a coupon for. However, I still miss the old days when people came up to help you when you're shopping. It took me a while to find what I was looking for. I used to work at Belk. My grandfather was a manager there for 40+years. Back then there was real customer service. Too bad things like Amazon, Wal-Mart such have reduced the retail experience to its bare minimum. I used to take great pride in being able to help customers out and it was almost a biblical command for my grandfather. When John Belk was alive the stores were run a whole lot differently. I guess I'm just getting old.

Great sales all the time! Good clearance as well! Always smiling faces and the employees don't follow you around and be underneath you while you shop. They greet you with pleasure.

This is my favorite Belk because it is located in small town Albemarle, NC and few people my size shop here. Therefore I find my sizes easier and more affordable than the Charlotte Belk stores. I shopped there recently and purchased 20 clothing items that were on clearance. My bill was less than $250.00. I saved $800.00. I live the friendly store employees. They are helpful and always offer assistance and sales coupons (if they apply).

I walked in looking for a pair of Slacks and shoes for work. I left with 3 pair of pants, one pair of Clark's Loafers, one collared shirt; n $247 worth of savings. I will never shop anywhere else for business attire in my life

I’ve found that this Belk has a much better selection than most. It’s a bit cramped for space, so if you can work your way thru the racks, you’ll probably find what you’re looking for.

Great store and helpful employee. Considering that it is the only outlet beside Walmart, you can find name brand items at good prices and there is always sales happening that sweeten the experience of shopping at Belk's.
