We used 1-800-Pack-Rat for our move from Denver, CO to West Palm Beach, Fl. The two pods were left in the pods for over one year. We then moved again to North Carolina. They were extremely accommodating and made this very easy for us again storing them until we were ready. When the time came to have them delivered, they rearranged their schedule to accommodate our needs and staggered the delivery for us. Because they were kept in temperature controlled facilities, our items were in great condition! We are very pleased with their service and would happily recommend them.

Everything was great from overnight parking to unloading and checking in. Only reason for 4 stars is they don’t have a direct contact and it’s the 1800 number which is retarded. But everything else was great.

When backing in a 53’ dry van, slide ur tandems all the way forward to have a better time backing in.
