I mean c’mon. This place is utterly amazing! The variety is outta control! If you can’t find it here, you’re either not looking hard enough or it doesn’t exist. And don’t get me started on their prices. From what I can see… they propagate their own stuff and pass the saving on to working class heroes like me which I’m forever grateful for.
So today I came in for just couple things and ended up leaving with a whole wagon of perennials. Do I feel shame? A little. Will I regret it? Absolutely not! Can’t wait to come back in the spring!!

I come every 2-3 months and replace whatever I killed. It's way cheaper than therapy! They have the biggest selection on house plants and succulents.

The prices are great and I'm a huge believer in shopping local.

I've never been able here someone didn't ask if I needed help. They are all knowledgeable and very willing to stop and answer questions.

My next goal in our home is to fix yard and I cannot wait to come and buy all the plants.

Has a very good selection of plants scrubs and trees. Prices are very responsible. met Virgil he was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the plants 🪴.

This is an absolutely stunning nursery. They have quite a large selection of plants, including unique cultivars for each. The facility itself is huge. They have each section broken down by their exposure needs, along with an informational sheet to help you with plant care after your purchase. Besides plants, there is a large selection of bird baths, decor, farm supplies, large trees/shrubs, and treatments for pest control. The plants were very healthy, organized, and well maintained. I definitely recommend them for your gardening needs.

I had a really cool experience attending hummingbird day and the banding seminar. I was able to adopt a hummingbird for a small fee. I got to hold it briefly when I released it after it was banded. Susan Campbell presented the seminar. She is a licenced hummingbird bander, researcher and biologist. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I walked around a bit as well and they have a huge plant selection. So many amazing plants that I wanted and haven't seen for sale anywhere else. They also sell planters, pots, bird baths, fountains, planting mediums and pretty much everything gardening. I bought a Firecracker Vine plant. I haven't seen one for sell anywhere else. It's so pretty and healthy. Covered in blooms and it was a great price. Overall pretty impressed with this place.

Wide variety of plants, way better selection than what there is at home Depot or Lowe's
Plants tend to be on the smaller side but you often get a four or six pack
Perennials are decent size and cost, trees and bushes are good and priced below the big boxes.

Not a place to buy just one plant but when you have a need for a number of plants

Prices are good albeit higher than they used to be, but it's 2023 so nothing is like it was before

Stephanie was an awesome help! Totally was able to direct me to the beautiful and perfect low maintenance macho ferns my front porch needed. She was extremely helpful and I appreciated her support. She also talked me through some options for my hydrangeas and offered further assistance if I brought back photos to keep them in good health. I also was overwhelmed with joy when I found this place. So many decisions and wonderful plants to look at. I can’t wait to go back.

I visited on April 3rd and it must have been a record crowd!
I just went to buy some cucumber plants and there were lots of happy people there!
It’s a big place and everyone was spread out so it wasn’t a problem… there was no waiting to check out for me … because they had an express line for people just picking up a few items!
Very organized and wonderful friendly people working!
I love going there! … even when they’re busy… like today!
(I have heard even the NC zoo comes to get some plants here.)

This place is amazing - they have anything you could want to decorate the yard. Beautiful shrubs, flowers, and trees - all sizes. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, make sure and grab a wagon upfront because you’re gonna need it!

Wow, went with a friend. First time, and even without the full range of blooms,I could only imagine how beautiful this place is.
Purchase some Daddy Pete raised beds mix. So,I will come back at some point. Ladies inside were quite helpful.

This place is huge! I love going here all year long. Always something new to see. The staff is great. The prices are really hard to beat. They do try to keep the cost down as much as possible.

best nursery within 2 hours of me and I will always return for more plants but I would just really appreciate it if the cashiers were more careful with my plants at checkout! It seems that I get a broken leaf or two every time I check out because of how rough my plants are handled and shoved into boxes. Other than that I have no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone!! They have the best selection of plants and best prices out of any nursery I’ve ever been to!

Big Bloomers is the best stocked and most involved-with-their-plants nursery I have ever visited. I love them for the value they give to us here in central NC and by just the sheer variety of plants they grow, propagate, and sell.

This place is impressive. They have any and every type of plant you could possibly imagine, and at affordable prices. They saved me this year after a bad batch of potting soil killed my seedlings, and offered almost every variety of tomato and pepper I had originally started. They had multiple registers, and my cashier was kind enough to let me grab 2 more flats for bulk pricing. Highly Recommend giving these folks a visit.

Finally found the Calmandin lime plant we've been searching for!!! This place has a wonderful selection and great prices!!! Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service.

An amazing assortment, with good prices, on garden plants, perennials and annuals, and more...makes for a lovely day trip from Raleigh.

This place is so great!! I could wander and look at the gorgeous, reasonably priced plants all day. Highly recommend!
