Let me just say that I have NEVER had a bad experience with my CVS pharmacy. I have been a long time loyal customer. The ease and speed at which my medication is filled is far surpassing any other in town. Some people need to understand and be more patient with those who work in customer service and if you just use the pharmacy app it saves so much time wasted in lines or phone calls waiting to wonder if your medication is ready. Even yesterday I came in to pick up my meds with 4 customers ahead of me as well as 8 cars in drive thru. I waited no longer than 15 minutes to get my prescriptions. I'm always greeted with a kind smile and friendly service staff even in a chaos busy work environment. Do better be better and be the reason someone smiles today, you never know what someone is going through.

The store and the staff are incredible. It’s really nice to feel appreciated as a customer and that is exactly what the staff at this location do. The store is always stocked and clean.

I highly recommend this CVS. I’ve been using them for theee years. Their personnel have always been very helpful and professional.

I have never had a bad experience with this cvs location! The team members are always courteous and helpful! Very efficient team! The pharmacy manager goes out of her way to help and keeps her team happy! I highly recommend this cvs location!!

All I can say is wow, I wish I remembered the lovely lady's name with whom I first spoke with when I first moved here from Florida, not only did she take right good care of me, she went above and beyond as all the other people in that pharmacy have for me to make sure that Igot my prescriptions filled quickly and efficiently but for for the cheapest possible price as well.
Today I went to get a prescription filled that I've always just paid $5 for and it was over $240 and she's told me no worries, call your insurance company , call me back. I did so and my insurance company told me that if I got a 90-day prescription I would have it for that same price I've been paying so I called them back.. they're going to contact my doctor for me as they have in the past I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy I know they are very busy and stay busy but it's well worth the wait. Great folks and I'm lucky to have them in my corner..

In the past I didn’t like coming to this pharmacy- I was a Walgreens girl. I started having issues with them so I decided to try CVS in Tramway again. Every time I’ve been I’ve was helped by Mel in the drive thru- she is a true breath of fresh air... great patient care, always welcome to help and has the best patience. I’ve also came inside and had to be helped by another young lady and the gentleman pharmacist- both of them were very attentive and happy to help and answer all questions. Good to know during these times people can still be helpful and makes things less stressful for you.

We had a great experience at the CVS located on Market Place in Sanford, NC. The produce we needed were easily located and the young lady at check out was smiling and friendly!

I have never had any problems with customer service. Phones calls into the pharmacy take a few minutes but hey other people need meds too. Pharmacy personnel help me a great deal every time. The are fast and efficient.

Friendly and helpful staff, yesterday evening the young man at the front counter was so kind and knowledgeable to help us print precious pictures of our lost loved ones. Thank you

I do not understand all of the bad reviews at this store. I have been dealing with them for years and have never had a problem. I wonder if some people aren't just looking for something complain about.

They are awesome and they are a very big help when it comes to medications and stuff. I think they deserve more then 5 stars

I've always had great service here. Employees very friendly and helpful. Minimal wait time in drive thru.
