Excellent customer service. The staff was professional and friendly answered all of our Questions. They have a sales team, a service team as well as a retail Store. They definitely have what you need for your camping needs.

They gave us the flexibility of looking at all campers that we were considering. This made it so much easier to narrow down what we wanted and needed. Amazing atmosphere with no pressure to buy what you don’t need or want. We even had the pleasure of speaking with one of their tech/service guys, he answered so many questions for us and pointed us in the right direction.

Uwharrie RV has an incredible staff that treats you like family before, during, and even after purchasing! I was shopping around for over one year for a specific toy hauler and I'm glad my diligence and patience paid off by finding Uwharrie. I made a 6 hour drive each way and it was well worth it for the fair deal and excellent service from their expert team. I'll only be buying from Uwharrie from here on our!

We purchased a travel trailer from Uwharrie RV in September 2023 and have nothing but a great experience with them. There was no sales pressure like you would experience at other “corporate” RV dealers. When it was time to take delivery, all the paperwork was ready to sign, and they spent well over an hour explaining all the features and mechanics of our new camper. Great inventory. Sales team was responsive and quick to answer all of our questions. Bent over backwards to help work with us on pickup as we were coming from 5 hours away. MARCH 2023: This is been one of the best buying processes we’ve had while purchasing a new RV. When, given the choice of dealerships that sell the particular model of RV we were interested in, we decided to choose a local hometown dealership. We are so glad we did. Cashina, and Marco made the process, so easy and uncomplicated. They did not force any services, coverages, or warranties on us as had been our experience at previous dealerships. This is a very friendly group of people who really are doing their best to get you what you want. We feel very fortunate to be a part of the Uwharrie RV family. We were looking for a RV here in Delaware… None of the dealers had what we wanted in stock.. Uwharrie had all 3 color schemes in stock…. Called and talked with Cashina to make sure they had what we were looking for before we took the 7 hour drive…. Found what we were looking for and made the deal…. She even had it worked out that we. Oils have taken it home that day…. Told her to have it ready in 2 weeks and we would be back down…. Picked it up on September 9th…. Absolutely the best buying experience I’ve ever had…. The service department went over the operation of all the gizmos in the RV…. He took the time to explain everything to me on the does and don’ts as this is our first RV…. Set up the load distribution hitch on my truck and explaining how to hook it all up…. It was well worth the 951 mile round trip to make this purchase…. If we buy another RV we will definitely go back for that purchase also…. 5 Stars to Uwharrie RV. 150% completely satisfied with this Dealership…. We’ve been looking at RV’s for a while. When we finally found the model we wanted on the lot at Uwharrie, we were thrilled. The team took really good care of us during the purchase process and we’re really thorough in teaching us how to use it. I would highly recommend stopping in and taking a look around as they have a lot of inventory to browse through.

I couldn’t have asked for a better RV experience. I had been looking for used RVs with not a lot of luck. I walked into Uhwarrie and explained my needs want what I had been kind of looking for. The response was “We have to exactly what you need”. I was lead to this Conquest and it was perfect. Everything was so easy from browsing, to financing, to getting her home. There was never any pressure to buy or any pressure to purchase upgrades. I can’t wait for the adventure ahead.

Fantastic team to work with. Everyone is nice, friendly and will help you in any way. Ron walked us through all the campers features and explained how each item worked. It is alot to take in, but we remembered when we set up the camper for the first time. What Ron said came back to our minds and between the two of us we figured it out. Had a great experience buying a new camper here. The staff had the camper ready and plugged up for my wife and I to take a look at it. Financing was smooth and the technicians went over the whole package before signing the dotted line. Will recommend anyone looking to by a camper to go here.
