Absolutely hands down Best Place to eat. Prices are great staff is always 10 out of 10. The staff make you feel welcomed. You definitely have to give them a try

There’s been a ton of change happening in the world over the last fifteen or so years, but it was such a heart warming feeling to walk back in after all those years and see that Charley’s hadn’t changed much. Oh the nostalgia! It felt like I was home again. Please never change.

Charlie's does have the best burger in Albemarle. Pictured is a Charlie's double bacon burger. A+++++. Way to go!!!

Update over 3 years later: I dropped by for lunch today. It has been a while since I was there last due to the pandemic and other circumstances. I ordered a Charlie's double bacon cheeseburger with fries and I was blown away with how good it was.. This a fine local place with good food and good people.

The Philly cheese steak was good, along with onions rings.

Waitress Summer was friendly, talkative, and helpful with the menu. The other waitress was also, but I'm not sure of her name

I wish you could maintain the atmosphere of this place and the service but just have a bigger restaurant and more parking. This place has great food great service and atmosphere just not a lot of space.

The best place for a hot fresh burger in town. I ordered the Charley cheeseburger and fries. The burger was the perfect size and was hot and fresh. They have the best french fries! I normally do not like crinkle cut fries but these were delicious...not sure what made them different. When we went they were short staffed with only one cook and one cashier who was also taking orders at tables and on the phone so there was a bit of a wait but they did an awesome job! Will definitely be eating here again.

i only eaten here a couple of times but really can stic with them.cute girl an mother were very nice an service good food better.....

Country delight. The food was good. It's been a while since I had a good hotdog 🌭 and hamburger🍔. Will recommend it. The second time, I ate here since visiting my hometown of Mount Gilead, NC. Place is located in Albemarle, NC.

Fantastic burger fries and service. Make this a place to stop. You will love the old world atmosphere and decore. It's wonderful. The waitresses were so kind. I can't wait to stop again. Bless them

Has to be the best double bacon cheeseburger I've ever had and at a price that's almost unbelievable. It's no wonder they get so much service. Awesome place!

I really enjoy Charley's, the husband and I eat there quite often. It's a small place with excellent food and service. The employed there are very friendly and always quick to help you and if a smile is what your needing then this is the place to go, waitress have a free smile for you at all times.. GOD BLESS!!

This is one of the best places in Albemarle to eat the food is always hot and cooked to perfection. The staff is always friendly too.
