Excellent service and repair to my 2020 CRV. Cannot tell that vehicle was ever damaged. Would definitely receive my business again.

I went to get an estimate for body damage after an accident. I have allstate so this shop isnt covered in the network. Ive done a quick photo adjustment thru the app. The collision rep I was working with (Lynn) was very nice, and also pointed out other damage that was included from the accident. She said she would do an additional claim for what she seen and wrote it down on the back of my insurance estimate. After dropping my truck off I had to call for updates and spoke to the receptionist. Once I've picked my truck up(530pm) the major damage was done beautifully except what Lynn added as additional. Then I've learned Lynn was not with the company anymore. The print out had 3 additional claims but none were for what Lynn and I've discussed. I feel cheated and lost. I've called my insurance and they gave me the run around saying the shop need to submit another claim. It was the end of the day and everyone was leaving.

I hit a deer on my passenger side of my SUV the shop Clayton have replaced the head lap as well as the fog lights on the passenger side but the fog light was taking on water until it stopped working the hard lamp on the passenger side the running light doesn't work I took my vehicle back for them to correct the issue I was told whenever the get a head lamp that matches mine they would call me to replace it even though my insurance paid for a new head lap as well as a new fog lap don't bring your vehicle to this place if you don't mind second hand equipment you will like this place
