Every time I’m in the area Landmark is a must. Best breakfast anywhere. Their biscuits are the absolute best. They don’t need jelly or anything. The team work is just amazing to watch. They’re unbeatable in moving hungry people in and getting them fed.

Not only are the biscuits delicious and made fresh, they are definitely reasonably priced! All of their food that my husband and I have ordered has always been fresh, delicious, and a great price. It's also awesome to dine in and all of the staff is simply amazing!! Always service with a smile. This is the perfect breakfast spot!

Great food in a cozy atmosphere. The key is to order food and wait for a table to open up. The smell of bacon enriches the atmosphere and makes for a good breakfast experience.

It's always a good idea to eat breakfast at the Landmark! It's the best place in Sanford to grab a biscuit and run, or sit down and enjoy a farm fresh plate. The entire staff go above and beyond to make Landmark as cozy and welcoming as possible; Monica does an awesome job!

They have the best biscuits in town! Big slices of country ham on the platters. Delicious food.

Best breakfast in Sanford! Efficient service and very welcoming staff. They make you feel at home. My husband and I use canes. They help us take our beverages to our table. They are always moving through the restaurant making sure everyone is ok. They can have a line out the door and have everyone taken care of amazingly fast.

I was visiting Sanford for a couple of days for work. I am from the Philadelphia, PA area. I went here for a quick breakfast because it was near my hotel and it had good reviews. Landmark Restaurant really exceeded my expectations. I was blown away how quick the service was and how polite and welcoming the team was here. Not only that, but the food was delicious. My first time in there, they made me feel appreciated as a customer. Huge kudos to this place and I wish them the best for the future. If I ever return to Sanford again, this will be a must stop place for me.

I had a wonderful time here and I enjoyed every bit of the food. They offer fair and hearty portions for the price, I have no complaints at all about that.

The staff was kind, our waitress was attentive without being over-bearing and didn't miss a beat. Kitchen staff was working very hard, didn't wait long at all for my breakfast.

I hear that seating is a bit of a gamble, on account of busy hours in combination with diners remaining seated for extended periods of time. Take that with a grain of salt. I didn't have to wait long at all though, waited in line to place and pay for my order: and immediately was designated a table.

Overall, great food, fair prices, kind and quick staff. 10/10 would recommend

The food was wonderful.
Sausage gravy is amazing.
The eggs over medium are delicious.
The bacon and toast sandwich was simply the best tasting I've had in a while.
Overall, 100 all around.
Will be coming back.

Oh, I forgot to mention the down home welcome and so very friendly staff.
The whole atmosphere reminds me of some of the old country stores I've eaten at while working out of town.

Who whee this is the best breakfast restaurant for miles and miles and miles. The staff is so friendly they make you feel like family. The food is cooked to order and oh my goodness it is good. The prices are on point and you get quality in quantity and it's not going to break the bank to go out to eat. They have multiple choices of what you can get for breakfast oh my goodness I wish I was there now. Keep up the good work folks

Landmark has Incredible and friendly customer service! It felt like coming home to family for breakfast. Very good breakfast food, great variety, great quality, and very timely service. Landmark is the hidden gem of breakfast food in Sanford!

Food and service has always been good even with them always being busy . Alot of the time on Saturday mornings I will call in to puck up breakfast. I live about 5 minutes from the place . Normally my food is always ready by the time I get there

I came here for the first time today, but was greeted quickly by employees and guests as if I was a regular. The food was inexpensive, fresh, delicious and served incredibly quickly. Their menu is simple, so you can easily satisfy all your cravings and leave with a full stomach! Definitely will return!

A little shoppe from another time and the best breakfast in Sanford if your too far away from your home kitchen or simply want breakfast that won't ruin your budget.
I found this little gem by chance passing through one early morning and it smelled like the kitchen of my childhood home the moment I stepped in.
The staff and the regulars seem to be a fine bunch as long as your respectful and social,an interesting and welcoming quirk that I don't find in many restaurants anymore. You have to be bold also,so be sure you order first,then sit down as it would help keep the small kitchen running smoothly in a just as small sized restaurant.
The food quality is absolutely great for the prices offered in which both put all the fast food places in the area to shame.
Sometimes the best things in life comes in small packages.
