Taco Bell

Went at 12:30 today (November 15th 2023), had an issue with one of my items but the manager and Blue quickly helped me get the correct item. Thank you so much to them! Will definitely come again!

Best food around. The staff is great food is delicious 😋

The lady manager on duty had a nasty attitude. I asked the cashier for a receipt for my mobile order and she asked the manager. The manager came up and said I couldn't have one and walled away. Then I odered a chicken power bowl and the rice was super hard and not fresh (rice cake hard). I asked the cashier could I have some fresh rice. The manager came back to the window again and said, (in a fed up tone), we just cooked that rice at 5pm. Well it is after 7 so it was not just cooked. And it was not fresh and every bite had a mouthful of hard grains. So I waited on my receipt and my fresh rice. I let them know I get a receipt all the time that is the only way I order. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager she said that is the manager. I asked for the head manager. He was not there. I will be making a corporate call.. The manager came back and gave the receipt to the cashier and said "here tell her to have a good day." (With an attitude) and walked away bumping into the young cashier who looked like she was just stuck in the middle. This was not the kind of customer service I expected from Taco Bell being I go there 4 days out of the 7 every week. Signed a disappointed loyal customer.

I haven't been to taco bell in years, but this one was amazing! I especially liked the fact that the drive thru lady was giggling to her co-worker, but that didn't interfere with her taking my order. She was having fun at work! Imagine that!

Good God have I never been to a better tacobell, this guy named Terrance made my whole visit outa this world, and the wonderful manager was bubbling hospitality when we entered. If I didn't have a 2 hour drive to come back I'd come every day but even then I'm tempted with how happy this place is. To top it all off the food was also exceptional, has made my day

Place order online. It was ready when they said and everything was good.

I decided to eat my lunch today at Taco Bell in Laurinburg, NC. As I was standing in line, this little, somewhat elderly lady wanted to order, but she only had so much money to spend.
I thought kind people, for the most part, were simply a thing of the past, but the employees who helped that little lady changed my mind.
They took turns going over their menu items with her until she was able to buy what she could afford. They called as many people up as was necessary to help that little lady!
I could see how happy and pleased she was.
Guys, YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

I stop in regularly, but my visit this past Saturday was extraordinary. I stopped in for a cold cup of tea, when the lady didn't ask me what size, at first I thought she misunderstood.
She handed me a "courtesy cup", and said "have a nice day"!. This was a surprise and very welcomed. Southern charm and hospitality ~Thank you Taco bell

This is my father and I favorite taco bell hands down. The lady that normally runs the register is so sweet, friendly, and helpful. We always get our food fast and fixed correctly. Highly recommend.

I don't like ordering from a computer thing then paying a person

Good service. Fast service. Friendly service. There was a long line and that kept it moving at a good place. They remembered to ask me if I wanted sauce after I forgot to order it. Also their cravings menu is good for the prices.

It's Taco Bell, nothing spectacular going on with the food, but let me tell ya'll about the staff.

Every time I go to this taco bell the staff says "How are you?" "Please" "Thank you" "have a nice day" The simple stuff that makes you feel like a human.

They are beyond kind, awesome people. 5 stars for service.

The Restaurant was very clean and fast serving. Taco Bell have this double cheese crunchy gorditas that I didn't order but kept thinking about it. I should of ordered and cure my curiosity. Insted I order my regular meal #6 Gorditas and a crunchy taco. Learn from me try something new; be adventurous with food!

The location is pretty convenient especially for traveling through, the food quality was great for a taco bell, and the staff was great. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a place for a bite to eat and the line for cookout next door is too long ;)

Laurinburg Taco Bell is the best of 6 Taco Bells I've been to in Ga, SC, & NC. Employees at this unit have great and friendly service. They serve fast hot food. One of they best fast food in Laurinburg.
