C&M was scheduled to be at my house by 9am. They were on time. Jamie and Sleepy are the nicest men you could have met. They kept me entertained the whole time we were outside. They had the tank cleaned out in less than 20 minutes. That included finding the tanks, digging them up to open and putting the dirt back nicely and flat after completed. I will definitely keep in contact with this company. Makes my day alot easier when you have other plans for the day. They are very dependable and reliable. Thanks so much.❤❤❤

I called this morning to schedule septic tank cleaning. An appointment was made for 11:00am today. Jamie was knocking at my door at 10:30am. Not only was he early, he was done before my actual scheduled time. Jamie is very friendly and informative. The job was done in no time. The price is reasonable. I highly recommend C and M Plumbing. I live an hour from the house needing service. Liz made extra effort to get us same day service. Literally within 2 hours of calling Norman showed at our rental home I'm Warsaw so that our tenant would not be without water. Norman found the leak and repaired it within an hour. The price was fair. So far no issues with the repairs and I do not expect there to be any. Would recommend C and M Plumbing.

I've known the family running this company for years, they're great folks. I had my septic tank pumped today by Jamie, he and his help showed up exactly on time. Had my septic tank literally spotless. And didn't try to upsale me on pumping the drain line. I just wanted it done as a preventative measure. And they took care of it. I'll be calling again in roughly 3 years for another service

Miguel and Norman were two of the best service technicians I have ever met. They were both professional and extremely kind. They said “yes ma’am” to me at our first interaction. Called to have septic tank pumped and cleaned. Liz was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Scheduled guys to come right out same day. Jamie was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. They only dug holes where needed in the yard and replaced the sod. Will definitely use them again!

Repaired original pipe for washing machine, and replaced the spigot that had seized. Got straight to the repair/replacement, explained the what and why. Always have had good service from C&M; today was right on the mark.
