Captain Larry's Seafood & Steakhouse

Had a party of 24. Gave restaurant a 30 minute heads up. They were Fantastic!! They set up the tables & had silverware and napkins there before we arrived. Food came out in very timely, surprising manner. REBEKAH was our only server. She was AMAZING!!!! I can't believe how patient & courteous, & how well she kept up!! EXCELLENT SERVICE-WOW. Thanks so much!

Awesome food!! Always do take out haven't actually ate in restaurant!! It's always full though!! Usually get hamburger steak, r beef tips and rice!! Which is always perfect. Stepped out this time amd got shrimp and grits with a crab cake and it was awesome!!

Awesome service food was so good,, only thing I wish they had a carry out menu I could have taken home,,, I hate looking online for a menu to order pick up

Me and my two employees were working in area and had lunch here, my food was awesome as well as was one of my guys, the other asked to send his order back and one of the owners came over, apologized, took his plate and said I’ll go fix this myself, he did and brought it back out and it was spot on. The prices are beyond reasonable, the staff is very attentive and friendly.
We enjoyed it so much we went back for dinner. My steak was very good and both my guys had crab legs that were awesome. The bartender was amazing. One of the things that I saw that set me back was they bring each customer who orders a salad or whatever a bottle/small pitcher of dressing, I’m a dressing guy and always have to ask for more.. But not here… I like it, saved time for them and frustration for customers.. we will be going back next week when we return to complete our job. Great food, great prices, great experience!!!! Good job guys!!

Loved it. Wide variety of choices. Yiu can't go wrong. Beer was little warm and asked for cold mug and it was hot! Besides that good food good service. Nice people

This place was really good and very reasonably priced. I needed a break from a drive from Southport to Charlotte and Larry's was perfect. I had a nice salmon filet which came with rice pilaf and vegetable of the day and it was outstanding. Server was real nice. Convenient, just off route 74. I highly recommend!

Love love this place sit at the bar with my new friend Ashley. She is the best! Service is great people here are super friendly and hospitable love them and will be coming back.

Great atmosphere along with great food. Staff made the experience better with their service from entry to checkout. First time dining out in a long time for me and I’m not sure when I’ll be back but I’m certain I will.

Wow were we shocked today! Captain Larry’s seafood and steaks really brought the flavor! We found a large American style dinning experience, wonderful service, and personal touches that really add charm to this locals favorite establishment.

Lots of options from expected NC style seafood dishes to stuffed flounder, smothered chicken, and a large sides menu.

The building is older and shows wear. Carpets are a bit tracked down, but efforts to make things as good as possible show! (Staff was cleaning windows and wiping down when we arrived. (Currently building a new location)

Local eatery that makes you feel like home! Great food, atmosphere & people. The owners are very personable and committed to talking with the patrons. The staff is friendly as well. This place has become our pit stop whenever we're passing through Laurinburg.

Who doesn't love a seafood menu! I had Cap't Larry seafood casserole. Holy yummy 😋. Green beans with a special touch. Can't say enough about our server. We were there Valentine's night, the place packed, she never missed a beat! Worth the trip from Lumberton.

It's a first time for my family to dine at the new restaurant location of Captain Larry's Seafood Steak House. Fantastic food, great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We will make this one of our favorite Seafood dining experiences.

Went to a luncheon and met new people from Hospice. This group meets once a month in a separate room. It was nice and the food I had was delicious! Glad I went.

DELICIOUS! They have a variety of food. It's not just steaks and fish. The hamburgers steak was amazing. The hush puppies are delicious as well. I am a big food critic and this is the best ive had yet in Laurinburg Nc. Definitely deserves 5 stars

Excellent food, wait staff, and lovely atmosphere! I live close enough to visit this establishment once a week. I leave delighted that I came! I’m so glad that I can enjoy fine dining at its best in Laurinburg.

Outside looked dated, inside not much better....none of that matters because the food was some of the best I've had in the Carolinas. Shrimp was on point and fried oysters were near perfect. Side dish selection was high and didn't let us down. Service was excellent and the prices are low. Taking friends next week to share this 💎 with more people.

I ALWAYS leave with a to go box of leftovers. The portions are huge. The staff is always cordial and professional. I tend to go during the busy times but I’m serviced very quickly.
