Mr. Callaway has been my agent for a few years now. He always shows great patience, as he allows me to pick his brain, on the home, auto and business insurances I have acquired throughout the years. If he doesn't offer the service he will give a good recommendation. I add and subtract vehicles often and he remains attentive through every change. Good company and great man. 😃

We has always had exceptional service. I have no worries about my insurance needs because they are always covered. He is always helpful and available for any questions. Any changes that need to be made are done quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend Mr. Callaway to my family and friends!!

I had a very uncomfortable situation with Allstate with a claim filed last spring. I had obvious damages to my chimney, my air conditioning unit and window screens. My roof was fine. Allstate sent a so called adjuster to my home and my claims were denied. Since then my confidence in Allstate has decreased.

Allstate is excellent insurance company. My agent, E. Callaway, is very personable and makes customers feel like family! If all of your agents are half as good as Mr Callaway that would explain why your company is at the top of the insurance industry.
