Best insurance I've ever had!!

If you can ever get a response to an email or a returned phone call, service is good, but getting a response is impossible and rates go up constantly with no explanation. I emailed one last time and if I don't get a response I'm moving my policies, its beyond frustrating and its been this way for 6 years...no way to run a business.

Unorganized and very unprofessional. Out of the three women not one of them is the least bit honest. I hope anyone considering doing business with them takes this warning seriously. They do not do anything they promise and as far as sending GL certificates or anything else forget it. Caused complete chaos with all of the customers. Huge headache!

While trying to access a loan from the bank......they were uncooperative and told the financial specialist that they were to busy to place the lien on the policy...so unprofessional...needless to say I am searching for a better policy with a better company.......

Never answer the phone, don't return emails, and have failed to provide proof of insurance many times making me look bad. Just move on. Nothing here.
