Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming. I was seen promptly upon my arrival. The dental assistant and dentist were gentle with my mouth and talked me thru everything they were doing. Highly recommend.

Honestly it’s only my first time coming in but they knew I was nervous and made me feel welcome. My teeth are bad.. I mean like don’t brush and haven’t brushed in years and haven’t been to a dentist in years due to no insurance. Nobody listened to me previously when I went to a dentist. So it was a nice change. They listened and was very considerate. I didn’t feel judged or out of place. I also want to add that I was able to do the initial appointment as well as my first deep clean all in the same day. PLUS a quick turn around to go back the next Monday. I was just in on a FRIDAY! (They aren’t usually open) if it wasn’t scheduled like this I probably would never go back due to anxiety. I still dont want to go to the dentist but they made it a little easier. lol

Dr. Said-Kwakye is amazing, I enjoyed my visit! The vibe of this office is unmatched. Every member of the staff was so welcoming and friendly from the beginning to the end. I recommend this office, the service and treatment were phenomenal!

Great job everyone I feel so welcome when I walk through the door. The dentist is very professional she explained everything to me upfront before my treatment begin making sure I understand the process and prices. Job wetdone.

Prime Dental is always a pleasant atmosphere, casual yet professional, great dental care with them. They make you feel like you are a valued patient.

I have never experienced a Dental office that made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was so nice, gentle and detailed. I don’t like going to the dentist but I will make this my home for dental care and you should too

I was very comfortable, they’re all very patient and understanding and so very kind. They made sure I was doing ok during the process and were overall amazing!

I have been coming here about a year on and off, and I can’t say enough about the entire staff at this place! I’d give more stars if I could! I’m always terrified to find a new dentist who I can relate with and who can relate with me, and everyone from the front desk to the back is amazing and treat you like family! Thank you so much everyone at prime! You always make me feel more than comfortable with every visit!

These people are so warm and welcoming. You can literally feel the positive energy in this place. They work really well together as a team and seem to communicate with patients and each in other in a kind and respectful manner. Was there for a broken tooth, but they really made a bad situation better for me. Definitely recommend!!!!

This Dental Studio is AMAZING!!! From the front desk to everyone in the back. Now although I love them all My number 1 person in the office is the Hygienist . She is sooo cool, she has an amazing personality, and will keep you smiling/laughing while your there. I just to take the time to say Thank You also to let you ladies know that you are truly amazing ❣❣❣❣

The vibe of the office is very welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a pleasant receptionist, a cute waiting room, and COFFEE! The work area is open, the technology is up-to-date and non-invasive, and the knowledge of the dentist and assistants was vast. I felt like I was in good hands and they wanted nothing more than to help. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to and flexible with my time. Just a great overall experience.

10/10, will visit again in 6 months.

So I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, this place is amazing. They talked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable, proceeded to explain what was being done so I was in the know at all times. The whole staff from the moment you walk in, is so dang kind. I can’t wait to go back and finish my mouth up, and I have never said that in my life about the dentist. If you are scared or worried, this is the place for you. ❤

Great place to go for dental work! They treated my brother SOOOO GOOD especially Durenda at the front desk she's super sweet! They were patient and believe in doing a GREAT JOB!!!

Today was our first day in this office and may I say my expectations were definitely exceeded. Receptionist hygienist the lady taking our x-rays and the dentist Ms Nguyen(sorry if I spelled the name wrong) were so nice, caring, and genuinely seems like very kind hearted people. It such a blessing to be able to go to a place like this and know you will be in good hands.

Prime Time dental assistants and dentists care about patient comfort and satisfaction. They have many kind employees to help with very thorough cleanings, x-rays, and a personalized plan of care. Previously, my experience with other dentists had been abysmal; dental sadist who apparently took joy in suffering, evidenced by painful techniques, loud tools, long waits, my aching jaw, the taste of blood and fluoride, and their mammoth hands and bills which left me in tears. Therefore, I fearfully dodged all dentists for decades, so as to not become the sad victim in a horror flick who ultimately dies a painful death from drills and bills. Sadly, my tooth and gum health paid the price. The individuals at Prime Dental didn't shun me for not flossing nor trigger any traumautic flashbacks but ensured my comfort throughout the process and let me be apart of my treatment plan so I could understand why certain work was necessary, options available, discussing cost before work had been done.
Thank you for helping heal past dental trauma, redefining my perceptions of dentistry, having multiple convient partnering locations, so that even after my move to Norman, I can boldly flash my new and better, smile, knowing myself and friends and family will receive optimal lifelong dental care!

Today was first time I took my daughter to this dentist. She was very happy with the thorough job the hygienist did. The dr also was great. They both explained everything to her. Although, her teeth are in excellent condition, she said that she’d never been to any other dental office where they showed as much care as this staff.
