We LOVE this vet. We’ve been taking our corgis here for over 5 years. I love that Dr. Roach can prescribe both alternatives like supplements and acupuncture as well as conventional treatments.

Our 8 year old corgi has the energy of a puppy and we know so much of that has to do with the treatment, the supplements, and the nutritional guidance from Holistic Pet Care.

All of the team members are wonderful and our dogs love coming here. They get all the attention and treats.

The best holistic vet! Dr. Roach and his team are compassionate and loving professionals that have supported me and my rescue Oliver since the beginning for 4 years, I learned about the Titer test that prevent from extra dose of vaccines and best food options to give my dog a healthier and longer life. Dr. Roach is incredibly helpful. It is obvious how much he cares for pets. Our first experience with him was after my dog had to have bladder surgery for stones. We were new to the area and went somewhere else. Our dog was really struggling from the surgery and not improving when we found Holistic Pet Care. Dr. Roach helped us so much. We wish we would have found him sooner. Its been a year since then. He is the only vet we will see. Recently we came home to the same dog paralyzed in his rear legs. It's nearly impossible to keep him from jumping up and down off of the couch and he hurt himself. It's been a difficult process, but he is finally starting to walk again after a few weeks. I highly recommend this office.

I have been here a handful of times for my dogs and everytime has been a great experience. The vet, Dr. Roach, is awesome. The vet tech is also great with animals. They got me in and out quickly without trying to sell me things i didn't need.

We are so pleased to have Dr. Roach caring for our sweet Standard Poodle, Nicky. It is such a relief to know that Nicky will have the very best of both conventional and natural therapies in her senior years. I have complete confidence in Dr. Roach and his caring staff!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Roach and the entire staff. We just moved to Oklahoma and finding a new vet can be tricky but they are great! Our older dog had blood work done and Dr. Roach called in a timely matter to discuss the results. His understanding of a more Eastern approach to medicine is so refreshing. He doesn't like to over medicate animals and puts a lot of thought into his recommendation. I feed our dog a raw diet and they understood about the diet and recommended a few supplements. The staff is also very helpful, friendly, and willing to answer all of my questions. Our dog is also very relaxed at the clinic. She has never minded going to the vet but is always very eager to leave any chance the door to our examine room opens. When we go here she just relaxes and lays down on the floor until we are done. I trust her judgement and would highly recommend Dr. Roach!

Dr. Roach is an amazing doctor and his staff is top notch. He won't hesitate to refer you out to a specialist if needed,and talks to pet parents in language that they can understand. My dogs LOVE to go to the vet because they know they get special treats at the end of the visit. 100% recommend Dr. Roach, he uses a combination of western and eastern medicine to treat animals and he works wonders. He owns Holistic Pet Car in Del City, and Best Friends in Shawnee. Get your pet an appointment for acupuncture, essential oils, chiropractic, or Westerville treatments.

My very first visit was wonderful. I enjoyed conversing with Dr. Roach. He answered all of my questions. He explained and educated me about every recommendation so that it made sense. He made me feel confident in his expertise which made me comfortable in his ability to care for my pet. His staff is very kind and hospitable and worked effectively together. I have been wanting a holistic consult for my dog’s allergy issues and we had our first visit here yesterday. The clinic staff were all friendly and we were seen promptly at our scheduled time. Dr. Roach spent an hour and a half getting familiar with our case, explaining all of our options, and giving my dog her first acupuncture treatment. He was very thorough and patient, took time to explain everything, and was willing to listen and answer questions without ever making me feel rushed. He was also very open to discussing things I had read about myself. Within the first minute of examining my dog, he also found a badly broken tooth in the back of her mouth that I didn’t know was there and that needs to be extracted, which he got us scheduled for right away. He is knowledgeable in both conventional and holistic medicine (including TCVM/herbs) and offers some newer holistic treatments that are hard to find, like fecal transplants and ozone therapy. He is knowledgeable in nutrition could help transition a pet to a fresh/raw diet if they weren’t already on one, and can help with safe and sensible vaccinations. He is also connected to some of the best known, leading holistic veterinarians in the country. In the middle of Oklahoma, this practice is an unexpected breath of fresh air. We are just getting started with this new treatment plan and there are no guarantees it will fix all of our problems, but after what I saw yesterday, I believe that if any veterinarian can do it, it’s this one. Would highly recommend a visit with him to any pet parent.

The best veterinarian you will find in Oklahoma. The clinic truly cares for animals, they handle every animal with extreme care and are very gentle. The staff are extremely polite and kind. We were blown away by the entire teams professionalism.
They saved the life of our cat and gained a customer for life. Dr. Roach is extremely knowledgeable and has a gift for caring for animals.

Dr Roach has been amazing with my pup who has a multitude of issues. He spends a great deal of time with us and explains Charley’s issues and plans for getting him healthy. His expertise with both conventional and alternative therapies is astounding and surely a blessing for me and my pup. The staff is also wonderful, especially Brian who has been super accommodating, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond at every appointment. I’ve been searching for a vet for my boy with significant issues. They say third time (or vet) is a charm, and in this case that’s true. We couldn’t be happier with Holistic Pet Care Center of OK!

We took our 4.5 year old dog, Ruger, to Dr. Roach once we found out he could possibly have cancer to get a second opinion. Unfortunately, Dr. Roach had to confirm that for us, and our dogs health took a rapid downward spiral within just a week of confirming this. Dr. Roach was in contact with us whenever we needed and answered all our questions. He knew us and our pet for only a week and cared for him like he had been going there all his life. This will be our new vet and we could not recommend him more.

Amazing place to take your pets! They worked us in the same afternoon for a concern we had with our fur baby and we had never even been customers here, so now we ARE customers for life! Our pup is doing great, and Dr. Roach was personable, knowledgeable and really cared about our animal’s problems. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

Dr. Roach and his staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the latest holistic treatments available. When my dog was diagnosed with cancer, I immediately went to see Dr. Roach. My dog has gotten very positive results with his treatments, and I can tell she definitely feels better. Also, I was always able to get an appointment quickly. Dr Roach and his staff are very thorough, kind and helpful. They helped us thru the last year of our beloved dog's life to ensure that he lived it as fully as he could. They are now helping us with our young dog and new puppy. Dr Roach is very knowledgeable and looks at the whole dog and what is best for them in the long run.

There is no one else I’d trust with my dog more than Dr. Roach and his staff. They are fantastic. I trust their care, their judgement, and their expertise. They are careful not to over-vaccinate or over-prescribe medication. And they are honest. You will not find a better care provider for your pet, I promise.

We had a death in the family resulting in the need to travel and reschedule my cat's spay last minute, so we decided to find a vet near where my grandparents live. Dr. Roach's team was able to get us in on the day we needed (the day before the funeral to allow maximum time for our cat to heal post-surgery before returning home) and perform the spay at a VERY affordable rate.

They even did bloodwork to make sure there would be no adverse reaction to the anesthesia and evaluated the likelihood of Cali being with kittens (as we had adopted her from the wild near a year old). The vet she was previously scheduled to see would have charged extra for the bloodwork.

A few days after the surgery, we got a call making sure Cali was doing well. It was the nice lady at the front desk who called, but she made sure all my questions were answered regarding both the spay and a stool evaluation we had done and asked Dr. Roach on those she was unsure on. It has been a little over a week post-surgery and Cali is doing great!

For medications, Dr. Roach's office prescribes on a case-by-case basis based on your individual pet and only if necessary. There's no upselling here and also no rush to get you out the door either. Everyone here is knowledgeable and glad to answer questions to the best of their ability.

I hope I can someday find a Vet office near me who is this good. Would definitely return if we lived anywhere within 2 hours, but we don't, so the best thanks I can give is this review. Thanks again, everyone!
