Terrific experience at this mechanic! We were traveling through Oklahoma City from out of state when our vehicle unexpectedly started acting up. They quickly diagnosed the problem as needing the spark plugs replaced, and worked us into their busy schedule to get us back on the road. Very impressed with the service and reasonable price. Always a great experience at this location! I often get my oil changed here on my lunch break because I know I can get in and out quickly. The staff is always friendly and quick. The manager, Allen, goes above and beyond to ensure that things are done correctly. I had an issue with a bad filter last oil change and it was corrected the next day without problem. Highly recommend.

My husband was looking for a place to get our college daughters oil changed in her car while we were in town. This place had good reviews so we headed there. We were met with a friendly attendant - Anthony - who got us in right away. James came along and helped with the oil change and all the checks they do in the process. Both men were very kind & professional. We were in & out in 15 minutes! There’s an online Valvoline oil change coupon that can save you $10 or $7.50, depending on your oil of choice. We have added this location (6704 S Western in OKC) to our favorites!

Fast service good prices

The guys got us right in and were super nice. We don't usually use valvoline for oil changes, but we needed it done desperately. They however took the time to talk to us about what oil they did have and show us the ratings and specs of their oil. They did a fantastic job! So greatful for them today! Definitely will be going back.

This is my favorite place to get an oil change. Not just any Valvoline but this one in particular.

I have all the equipment to do my own oil changes but I still prefer to pay for one here. They change your oil, check your fluids, fill your washer fluid, and then check all of your lights.

I could do all this myself but they do it in like 15 minutes and that saves me time. Time is money.

There is never a wait when I pull up. They get me in and out in 15-20 minutes. They offer all of the services they have but respect you when you say no to something.

They really only try to sell you on what you actually need. They might offer extras but respect a no thank you response.

I will continue using this location as long as they treat me the way they have in the past.

Update January 8th 2019: They are still providing exceptional service. This time he asked me if I wanted my cabin filter replaced. I usually do air filter changes myself but the cabin filter is overly complicated. I have tried several times to replace it myself an have given up. That dude spent 45 minutes of his time but finally got the filter replaced with no extra charges for the time it took. This place deserves much more than 5 stars.

I went to Advanced Auto Parts because my headlight was out. When I arrived 7 lights were out so they referred me to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The mechanic at Valvoline diagnosed my problem right away and since it was close to closing time, offered to set up an appointment. He was very efficient and friendly. I met other mechanics there and they were friendly and respectful. This is the 2nd time I have been referred to Valvoline by other businesses to get help. Seems like a good place!

I had my first professional oil change and Edward and Kevin were amazing. I really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me and let me decide what I did and didn't want. I'll be going back next month for a full workup on my car and back for another oil change in August!

I always get my oil changed here. Very friendly guys, they don't try to take advantage of a female. Everything is always explained well, but I don't feel "talked down to". Ivan is very helpful as are all of the guys that work there. Excellent service.

Great, quick, and friendly service! Went in for an oil change and it didn't take long at all. They suggested some others things that could be done (like replacing a filter, etc) but didn't push me to get them when I said 'not today'. That was lovely.

Costly full synthetic oil but the service was in an instant and well worth the less than 10 minutes when your time is rushed. The service man tells you quickly all the available services offered. I literally was texting and it was done. Sitting in the car with baby asleep while they changed oil and filterr was allowed. Drove off smiling. Not like Jiffy Lube where you have to get out of car, wait to sign in so inconvenient.

Always friendly and professional and the to are priced just right and they check out everything. I keep coming back Everytime need my oil changed so I would not just lie for them I'm here to help

Extremely nice staff. I came in at 430 this afternoon n by 515 I was out. Derek was truly profesional and efficient. I appreciate the time taken to service my vehicle. Great value and friendly staff.

Always a wonderful experience. The staff is always great. You don't have to get out of your car, no long waits, and no uncomfortable chairs in a boring waiting room.

Super great service ! Very courteous and always treated with respect ! Not like the one on s.w. 66& western where they try to offer you beer and when you refuse they insult you by telling you don't know how to live ! I will never do business with that oil service on 66th& western again 😊👍

This Valvoline location gave me the best oil change experience I have ever had. Ivan, the manager, is A-1. He is very thorough and hands on. I will be only going here for my vehicle's regular maintenance! !!
