Mike's Auto Diagnostic & Repair

Recently had the opportunity to utilize Mike's services when my mother's 2008 Santa Fe wouldn't start. The team at Mike's efficiently diagnosed and repaired faults pertaining to the starter as well as the key cylinder, all while providing regular progress reports through daily calls from a dedicated representative. Following completion of the work, I collected the car and was impressed by its flawless performance. Definitely recommending Mike's!

Well, I am impressed! I took my 2005 Chrysler T&C van to Mike's Automotive Repair in Nov 2023 for an engine light issue, with the code that the engine was misfiring (not real helpful, as codes go. It could be any number of causes.) The initial inspection revealed other problems, some of which I was aware of, and agreed they needed to be fixed, but first--what is causing the misfiring? The manager and mechanics at Mike's Auto are a truly skilled and professional group of people. In just a few minutes of discussion on my vehicle issues, I felt confident that I was in the right place. We set an appointment to work on the van, and they thoroughly evaluated the possible causes. The technical service bulletin from the manufacturer was misleading, and turned out to be of little help! Finally, these skilled technicians determined the cause of the misfiring: the fuel injectors, especially on the number 6 cylinder. After the fuel injectors were replaced, the engine starts on the first crank of the engine and it runs smooth, and this solved the engine light issue! The other work that I needed was also done perfectly (upper lifters and oil pan gaskets and motor mounts replaced). These guys are diligent about figuring out any automotive problem and are fair in their work pricing. They also guarantee their work for 3 years or 36,000 miles, which most auto shops don't do. I can highly recommend Mike's Automotive Diagnostic & Repair for any repairs or maintenance you need on your vehicles. I will be returning for other work needed on my van, that's not as urgent. I only needed to get an oil change. But my husband insisted that I only come into Mike's. Alls I can say is I loved the fact that I could drop my car off and they gave me a courtesy ride home so I didn't have to call my husband to get me . I mean of course I could of stayed to wait for my oil to get done but they offered a free inspection as well so heck ya. I really appreciate the lift home. Thank you . They are definitely friendly and yes that's excellent service to me .

This place is amazing! They are very friendly and knowledgeable; Charlie was wonderful and very kind! The atmosphere is super family friendly and comfortable. This shop is definitely the first one where I enjoyed my wait while my car was being serviced. Great job guys!

Matt, Charlie, & Matt were the absolute best! They sat me down and explained just what's going on with my automobile and very straightforward about what it would take to fix it! They even answered my questions and pointed out where my trouble areas were on my car and why it necessary for my car to have. The service here was impeccable! I found this shop through Carfax. This shop was listed as a lifetime Carfax member and highly recommended by AAA! I would tell everyone I know for great service, pristine professionalism, and honest auto repair work! Excellent service and customer care. Car problems on the road; never fun, but they took care of the problem and even provided transportation to and from the hotel. They even came in on their day off to finish the work and get me on my way. Job Well Done!

Car was seriously disabled several days before Christmas. I was afraid I would not have a vehicle for Christmas. Matt gave me an estimate starting on my car and one day later all was done. I picked it up this morning. Thank you for making my Christmas less stressful.

Great customer service! Ive been coming here since 2017 and always the best service. They are upfront and honest. My car never has issues afterwards. They actually fix the problem.
