Meadowood Baptist Church

My family loves MBC! We first visited during a Veterans Day celebration and were blown away by both the music and lesson. We immediately knew that this is our home. The good news of Christ is preached without reservation. There are also far too many opportunities to lead and to serve to mention.

Meadowood Baptist Church was kind enough to host the Crutcho School graduation ceremony. It was a great place for a graduation, the pews were comfortable, everything was easy to hear and see and easy to find. Really nice little church.

We were blessed to be back at our "home church" for the funeral service for my father, Lt. Col. Jack Ogle, Saturday, March 27th. I let Bob Rutherford, the Pastor, know. We were blessed to have Tom Poe playing and singing. The bereavement ministry staff, along with all the folks we got to see, were kind, gracious, and supportive. Ford Funeral Home and Sunnylane cemetery each did a great job, as well. I preached my first sermon in the Meadowood Baptist Church Sanctuary when it was first opened, right after Pastor Damon Shook preached one of his last sermons before moving to Champion Forest in Spring, TX. I was licensed, and then ordained there when I was 20, and just graduated from OBU, and already begun my first graduate degree program at SWBTS.

Very friendly and the pastor teach from God word. Great Sunday morning class and the people are very friendly as well. Would attend again.

Pastor Bob has been there for 20 years. Very nice, passionate man.

Used their facilities for a Singing Churchwomen rehearsal. They were very accommodating. Nice facilo.
