I'm glad these guys can pull up your vehicle by your VIN number and tag! Automotive shops and other auto parts stores have gave me so much grief, their system never pulls up a 5.9 RT Dodge like mine, only a sport, and the sub models, not at O'Reilly Auto parts! They found just what I needed, and had it on hand. Thanks guys for knowing your stuff!

I went in there and purchased some handwarmers the attendant. Alex was very helpful and knew where everything was at.

O'REILLY auto parts was the only one of the big 3 that didn't charge me a core charge for a battery that they changed out in my truck. Advanced said they would be right with me, 30 minutes, i left. Autozone quoted me a price but added the core charge even though they were going to replace the battery. I left there and went to O'REILLY and and left 20 minutes later with my new battery installed. Thanks O'REILLY!

I went to 3 different Auto Zones and could not get any help. I want to tell your manager how I appreciate this store so much and how professional this store was to me. This store got my piece here in about 1 hr.

Over the last year or so, I've gone to this O'Reilly's store for a few odds & ends for my 2008 Avalon; and the staff have always been friendly and helpful - and today was the best experience yet.

I went in for a pair of windshield wiper blades (mine decided to fail during yesterday's freezing rain), and the young man who helped me very kindly came out into the windy 18-degree weather to put them on for me!

Can't tell you how grateful I was - those things are a pain to install. These guys are the absolute best!

This is a great place to get parts. You may have to stand in line for a while, but the staff is friendly and courteous, and once you're able to get your order in, they can find your part in no time flat. Returns are easy, and there is a wide selection of other items you might need for your car

This is my One Stop Shop everyone here knows what they're talking about and they never steer me wrong. Some auto parts stores you go into many people don't even know what you're talkin about and the the guys here know a lot about cars

Had to return a part we didn't need, and they were great about it. Pro tip: save your receipt! It makes things go smoother!
