Candace is so responsive to my insurance questions. Each time I call her with concerns or questions she is quick to respond. She also answers my questions in a way that I can understand without using complicated insurance lingo. I also like that she does a complete assessment to ensure I am fully covered. The best insurance agent I have ever had!

Candace keeps getting it done as a great insurance agent! She knows insurance like nobody else and always goes to bat for her clients when they need her the most. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Candace is amazing! She cut my rates in half but increased the coverages. If I ever have any questions she always messages or calls me back immediately. I've never had any complaints with her. She has always went far above any other insurance agent had before. She was lower in pricing for my personal vehicle, farm vehicle, commercial vehicle, home owners, renters, and business liability. Also, she is LGBT+ friendly and very respectful with your needs.

Candace is not only an amazing agent but also an amazing friend. When I had issues with my house, she checked in on me after a while which I didn't expect from any agents I've worked with. People often say that it's better to keep shopping auto and home insurances every once in a while because the insurance price only keeps going up, not the other way around; so better to find a better deal or negotiate with the insurance company. However, Candace always makes sure that I am paying for the fair price so I don't bother to go insurance shopping; I know I already have the best. I love Candace!! What other insurance agent is going to spend time with you on the phone, keeping you company, while you wait on the side of the freeway for roadside assistance to come get you? She even offered to come and get me if I needed her too. This is above and beyond the call of duty, and yet, that is what you can expect when Candace is your agent. She truly goes above and beyond in every aspect, from explaining your policy (how it works, what it comes, etc) to being there for you when you need help. She is amazing and I highly recommend her becoming your new insurance agent!

Candace is very professional, helpful and attentive. When you call with a question she has the answers. Her office is a professional atmosphere. She makes you feel welcome when you walk in. Candace is the best insurance agent. She has gone above and beyond to provide service to her customers! When our camper caught fire she handled everything so quickly. One time she even provided services on her day off, from a boat, on the lake! You would never get that kind of service from people that do not care about their customers!!
