During Christmas time they have a really neat drive thru Christmas light attraction that is definitely worth checking out.

Usually our favorite park but today this lady had her dog loose in the park area and her kids were rude to my 2 year old daughter.
It made me really upset because for 1 your dog should not be in the park area for as huge as it was and for 2 if your kids are rude they really shouldn’t be in a public area where there are other kids around and you should be watching them and holding your dogs leash not your small child. Idc if you say the dog is nice it’s really not okay. Her friend had nasty dreaded hair and they just let the dog run around. I have been bring my daughter to this park for 3 year now’s and this was my first negative experience ever. The kids yelling at my daughter and the little girl telling my daughter she was bothering her and when I walked up to them she was not being nice to my daughter at all. Keep your kids at home or by yourself if they aren’t nice to other children especially little children…
I get dog friendliness but not that huge and not just running around by itself in the park area with little children.

Nice and peaceful this park was. We sat behind the snow cone shop since there was a big party going on under the gazebo.

A great place for our Company picnic.
Bring extra tables, chairs and tent or food inclosuers tents. / no water on this Gazebo but otherwise a nice space

We had my son's birthday party here at the Rotary pavilion. Everything was absolutely perfect. Restrooms were close enough and not filthy. The playground was right next to our party and there was open field for the kids to run and play. The pavilion we had the party under was HUGE. It was a success. I will def be doing this again.

The playground is a very good size and the grounds have surveillance cameras, a huge pavilion for parties, restrooms next door to everything. There is also a perfectly placed little ceasers across the street to feed the kiddos.

One of the best places around to have a gathering or company picnic. The pavilions are reservable for a small fee. The one next to the playground has lots of parking, bathrooms, trash cans, several rusty barbeques, two volleyball courts, horseshoes, a softball field, and is near the swimming pools and basketball courts on the corner of Reno and Douglas. The pavilion itself has about 20 picnic tables each with seating for at least 8 people. There is also additional room under that pavilion for other things such as a small stage or a food service line. I think there are power outlets there as well.

This park is so great!! It has a great wooden playground that they are updating the fence and just got fresh paint. This park has a huge walking trail, soccer goals, clean bathrooms, snow cone shack, a nice gazebo that you can reserve, lots of picnic areas

If you’re looking for a good place to hold a birthday party I highly recommend this park as they have several different pavilions to choose from along with basketball courts, tennis courts and playground equipment.

My grandkids always enjoy this park. I like the fact that there is only one way in & out of the play area.

The park is extremely scenic and wonderful place for a family excursion. In COVID recovery I had a bout of cabin fever and sat in my car just to get out of the house. It's surprisingly serene even with the people, street, and activities I could see in the distance from where I was parked. This place is huge and, prayerfully once I'm better, I'm super stoked for a chance to use the well-marked walking trails. I'd certainly recommend it for all!
