Still the best place in town with the most experience, personable, staff I have dealt with. If you sign in online, you have the option of waiting in your car. If you just drop in wait time are no longer that going to you regularly doctors appointment. Very clean, and the staff is always friendly.

I had put off going to the Doctor for a week, but I knew I needed antibiotics to get better. I drove by 2 other Urgent care centers and they were FULL! I did the online check-in and received a text that my appointment time was ready almost immediately. I tried to fill out and submit my ID and insurance online, but for some reason it wasn't working. Other than that, everything else went smoothly. In and out with a prescription for the antibiotics that I needed in less than 45 minutes.

Was a walk in today my wait time was quick even though I signed in and did paper work, staff was friendly and caring, Dr was amazing and I was in and out in no time. Thank you for the excellent service and care.

They got me in quick, sought to my need and off I went. Knowledgable staff, clean environment. I always go to this urgent care in PC 👍🏼

I always choose this urgent care when I need immediate assistance and my regular doctor isn't open. I did have a small wait, but it was a new year and I had to fill out new paperwork. I was in and out in no time once I went back.

I established myself as a patient when Dr Chris Greenhagen started practicing. Dr Greenhagen formerly treated me at Newkirk Clinic and he was very competent and genuinely cared about his patients...his nurse Patsy and all the other staff have treated me well also, I get my appointments at at the Newkirk Clinic for convenience of living nearby but always go to the Ponca Urgent care clinic after hours and weekends.

Thank you all for always taking amazing care of our 5 children and ourselves! Yall are the best! It can be alot doing what yall do. Super heroes don't always wear capes!

Our daughter was very under weather just feeling miserable and very anxious. Every staff member, nurse or doctor that worked with her was amazing. They were kind, caring and very thorough. We will definitely begin using this as our family urgent care. They have called to check on our girl and have been so quick with letting us know results as they have come in. So pleased with our experience!!!

I took my 2 month old daughter in to be seen fot the first time today at Ponca City Urgent Care & Family Practice. I was concerned about her having a lot of nasal congestion and she was starting to have a mild cough. Once I got all her new patient papers filled out it took them no time at all to get us back to a room so she could be looked at! Our visit was short and sweet and the nurses were amazing. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Ever since Chris Greenhagen moved to Ponca City Urgent Care and they have gone under new ownership, I have been going here. The staff is super friendly, Chris is amazing as always, and they are very accommodating to me being in a wheelchair. They even let me do a visit in the car because I am high risk and didn't want to risk coming into contact with anyone who may potentially be carrying the corona virus. Definitely recommend. They do regular appointments and urgent care appointments.

I liked being able to schedule my appointment online. The person at reception was helpful and answered all of my questions. The person who took my vitals did an excellent job of putting me at ease. The nurse practitioner explained everything clearly. The entire process was expedient and pleasant.

This is Urgent Care is unique due to the compassion of the staff that work here. From the time you walk into the front door, seeing the Nurse/RMA, to the provider and to paying your bill, the staff remains friendly and helpful. They strive to make you feel better. Isn't that the point! You are not just a number. They do a fantastic job!
