Their are some awesome sales going on right now. The employees were great! All this for only $18.00 with tax. WOW

I had never been inside a Bath and Body Works store before and I must admit I was extremely impressed from the moment I walked in and was instantly greeted and offered assistance which I gladly took advantage of because like I said I had never been in their stores but had used one product I was impressed with and like very much so this was why I came in. Unfortunately the company no longer offers that scent in their product line which was a big disappointment. So I asked for the store employees recommendations of similar and top related items. She was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and in turn I purchased many more items than I had intended because she had many great recommendations and I liked 8 out the 9. So I decided to purchase every item she mentioned except one and I selected one myself. Over all it was one of my best retail chain store experiences I've ever had and it's all due to the excellent employee who was so kind and helpful with this 1st time buyer's experience. Thank you kindly ladies and well done!

The staff was so friendly and helpful, not happy that they changed the bags though. That was my go to for gifts because it practically comes wrapped, still overall great place for unique smells.

Staff is always helpful and very polite. My favorite place for men and women's body spay n body wash. The selection for candles is better than many places and last longer, I recommended bath and body to all of my friends and family. The coupons I receive are always helpful

The employees were very friendly and helpful! They made sure we checked out the new fragrances. We will be back to get more! I wish you would bring back the white water lily and ivy!!!

Store manager was awesome, very polite and helpful. Knows products and sales very well, but not pushy to buy products that you don't want.

Superior customer service. Their prices are high, but they are to the moon now, as much as I love these products I can't afford to shop there often.
