If i could rate LESS than 1 star, I would. I showed up to do the self-service and wound up having trouble with it (which isn't their fault) but when I went to check in the normal way, the guy and whoever the lady was with him spent most of the time pointing at me or my DL and discussing amongst themselves in a different language.
Which, would be simply annoying any other time - except for how BLATANT it was.

Then ontop of that, I wound up having to move money around because they don't accept contactless payment apparently? And when I finished moving the money around, the guy snatched my card from my hand just before I swiped it and proceeded to tell me that I couldn't use MY BANK CARD because they don't accept prepaid? Uh. Uhaul accepts cash with a deposit AND debit as long as the card links to a proper bank and clears as a credit card. Then he kept arguing with me about how uhaul doesnt accept either payments and ultimately i wound up just canceling my whole reservation. The people that work here are nothing more than absolutely useless and incompetent.

BAD FUEL, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, go to another gas station and save your car and money. This place is rotten tomatoes.
