William Slater, M.D.

My experience with Dr William Slater was simply fantastic. He is a true professional with more experience in his field as a general surgeon than anybody I have ever met. This is the kind of person that you would expect where the very best medical care in the world is practiced.

Dr. Slater is an amazingly knowledgeable doctor. He talked with me by phone, from more than 100 miles away, and kept me calm and on the right track to figure out what was going on with me. While doing this he also insured I was eating & drinking what I could to help my body recover. Doc had all the patience in the world with me. I trust him completely!!

William Slater and the hospital saved my life. They were great. I would recommend William Slater for any surgery that you might need. His nurse was great. And the office workers were great also.

Dr Slater is an amazing physician. I had a pretty bad wound that I had been to three different places including an ER and a urgent Care and no one cleaned the wound for three and a half weeks. Honestly I'm not exaggerating. When I was in the emergency room they gave me 5 hours of intervenience antibiotics but still didn't clean the wound. My daughter was with Dr Slater's wife and she told her to call the doctor and get me in that day. Dr Slater got me in in a couple hours and did an amazing job of cleaning and taking care of the wound and was absolutely
wonderful. He didn't deaden it and I still felt nothing.
I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is an excellent role model for all physician's. Compassionate kind and caring.

I really appreciate the care that I received from Dr. Slater. He shook my hand every time he saw me, and explained the procedures and results in layman's terms. He also personally took the time to set up an additional surgery with a gastroinerologist in OKC. In my opinion, he went above and beyond expectations.

You can tell Dr. Slater has a lot of experience & puts you at ease immediately. Did an an awesome job & liked the mixture he has you drink much better rather than the nasty stuff from the pharmacy!

Dr. Slater performed my vasectomy a week and a half ago at the Alliance Health Hospital in Ponca City. Everything went very well during pre-op and post-op. Would recommend if needing to pursue this surgical option.
