Great selection of tile and flooring. The staff is very helpful and their desingers can help you if you need some guidance. We were able to purchase our tile and have our contractor pick it up. The store kept us informed by email. We will definitely purchase from them again!

Love This Place!! First time going to this store!! Really enjoyed all the cool designs and wicked colors. We picked out our tile and back-splash for our Master Suite Bathroom!! Way better selection than other competitors!! Now, I really cannot remember the gentleman’s name I believe he was a manager of some sort and he is bald but he was very friendly and asked what we were looking for and how he can help us!! Highly Recommend this place!!

Wonderful experience! We are builders and Chad helped me design 2 houses in the last few weeks. He is so patient and kind! He is so quick to figure the materials no matter whether you have the square footage or dimensions. He knows the stores materials and locations extremely well. Finally, he was so kind to offer alternatives to reach the perfect price point for our budget. Chad is amazing and made the process so painless!

I am so thankful for Evan and all that he did to help me. I was way in over my head loading tile, selecting grout and the metal trim pieces for the tile. He even helped push the heavy cart and helped me load everything. I cannot say enough good things about him! He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and overall just an amazing person. Foodie Miss Mary says it has a Great selection of flooring with people that know rheir product and prices! I bought my vinyl flooring there. The only negative is NO DELIVERY. Good thing I own a mini van!

Great place. We remodeled a "dead space" into a Butlers Pantry. We purchased our Butcher block / backsplash/floor tile from this store. Employees are awesome and very helpful. We are remodeling a hundred year old farm house and Floor and Decor in OKC will be a huge part of the remodel.

This place has an excellent selection. They offer full size samples at a reasonable price. It takes awhile to get through the huge inventory. Nice displays.

I went into the store on Sunday, March 26, 2023. I was a little flustered as I was trying to obtain enough shower tile for a project for my boss's daughter and did not have a lot to go on. I picked a honed marble and Liz had everything the store had in stock pulled for me and she set up the rest to be picked up in Tulsa. She also ordered some shower tile for me and pulled some flooring tile that was in-stock. We had spent so much at Floor & Decor on our business card that that I had to have her bill me via email then rush to my office to pay it with a different card! She was so patient and kind with me. Today, I ended up cancelling a portion of the order because the person it was for changed their mind which is perfectly fine and they need to be happy! Once again, Liz took care of this for me very professionally and did not let my nervousness and stress affect the way she showed me great customer service. I have just been diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer which has kept my mind a little flustered and Liz does not know that. She was amazing and I will always look for her when I am in the store!

The store was very clean and organized and professional staff. The best part of my experience was the manager Josh he went above and beyond to make me happy. He’s a benefit to any staff thank you!

Love floor and Decor! We moved from Houston where we built and remodeled mid-level homes. Drove to Dallas before this store opened to order our tile and floor, we had a few bad boxes as it was mixed location delivery -- the OKC location and Clint, were more than willing to help and resolve the issue, even though we purchased months ago! I cannot say enough good things about this place and you overall won't find cheaper, quality tile around. For a 'test' house in OKC we used other 'cheap' tile and comparing same priced tiles side by side, the quality difference is night and day. Here's a pic of small shared bathroom (excuse any mess, we're still in the move in / decor phase) and our master bath. Once complete, we'll update some photos.

We are building a house and needed help with tile and flooring. We had an appointment but she had an emergency and did not show. A young man named Holden was said to help us . Our first thought was he is so young he won't be any help, we were so wrong, he was great! Holden was patient and had some good suggestions. Thank you Holden for the being a kind and patient person.

This place is great and they have stations set up so you can see what your tile or backsplash will look like before you buy. I made 3 trips in one week and found out how easy returns are there. The staff is outstanding and friendly, even on a busy Saturday I had a handful of workers stop and ask if I needed anything. I will definitely reccomend this place and go back. It is a 45 minute drive for me each way but the outstanding customer service and amazing selection won me over :)

I'm a tile mechanic and I purchase a lot of tile and this place is the best bang for your buck. Most of the builds I do are from Floor and Decor. #stylin'tile'nflooring

We have been to no less than 10 tile stores trying to match up our granite with back splash and tile flooring for the remodel we are doing, including two previous trips to Floor & Decor. Today was different, we were helped by Brad who listened to what we didn’t want and within five minutes, had the perfect floor and backsplash suggestions. We have been so stressed over these choices, finding nothing, Thank you so much Brad! This is exactly the way people want to be treated =)
There was no pressure to buy right then. We were not hounded the way we were at other stores, this was true for all three visits.
We have found the prices to be better than the other places we have shopped.

The store has SOOOO many nice selections to choose from. They have a lot of nice options. The store was clean and staff was really friendly and helpful. Their website was also very helpful in making a selection and then going in store to see it in person was excellent. Highly recommend going online and then in store.
