Barnett Electrical Heating and Air

We had a Major electrical problem at our office late one evening. Dustin was there the next morning, he was very thorough, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Barnett Electric also went "above and beyond" by having electricians also come in on Saturday, their regular day off, to complete the work so we would have our power back on for Monday so that we would be able to see our patients. When the electrical inspector came by to evaluate their work he saw that Barnett Electrical had done the work he told me, "they make my job very easy because they always do quality work!!!

Richard and Ken did a great job. They arrived on time and were very professional, courteous and attentive to my questions. Ken came back the next day to repair duct work and blow in insulation into my attic. I will definitely use this company again.

Although a bit pricey, these guys were AWESOME!. The Norman tornado (Sunday) left me without power for 3 days to the point I had to go get a generator. The problem was that I had no way of hooking it up to my house. I called Barnett Electrical and spoke to James (a good omen). I am also named James lol. He said he could have someone out that afternoon (Tuesday). They ended up arriving at around 11 am. Sam and his colleague were great. Knowledgeable, tidy, and efficient. They came in a truck fully loaded with everything they needed. Sam walked me through the options and even recommended a new surge protector that comes with a $75k guarantee. For me, that is very important as I run a lot of computers and hard drives with priceless video footage and photos I have taken over 24 years. He looked at my generator and knew exactly what I needed. We ran through the quote, agreed, and he began work. Sam and his colleague finished in just over an hour. The photos speak for themselves. Fantastic job, guys. Thanks to Barnett, I am now ready for the next power outage. Not too soon, I hope. HIGHLY recommend Barnett Electrical.

Sam was absolutely amazing to work with. He was thorough in helping with our large problem and coordinated with me from Las Vegas to fix our investment property in Oklahoma. He took time out of his day to explain so many of the details to us to make sure we were comfortable and also taken care of. Thank you so much Sam! We requested a quote on extensive work including a panel upgrade and installing 17 light fixtures and checking wiring for our oven. Andrew arrived o time and was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He listened carefully to our requests and did an assessment of out existing electric panel. He answered all questions. The quote was higher than I expected, but not outrageous.

I clipped a bundle of wires drilling through sheetrock in the garage after the stud I was drilling into splintered. Needless to say, I caused...some damage. Better yet, this was 4pm on a Sunday afternoon.

After verifying that I didn't set the house on fire and confirming that I was still breathing after being shocked (and kicked off the ladder), I made two calls to Electricians with high scores in Edmond, and Barnett returned my call about 4 minutes before the other electrician (who likewise, could not have been better).

Barnett said they'd have someone out first thing in the morning, and they called around 8, arrived by 8:45, assessed the situation, and explained in detail what my choices were in terms of how I wanted to repair the damage, the limitations to solutions caused by the existing work, and the implications, both pro and con, for each scenario. Everything was quoted up front, and they were extremely clear about it.

Their work product was outstanding. The costs were not cheap, but also not out of the realm of what was expected. They were personable, engaging, answered every question, and cleaned everything up.

Bottom line: It could not have been a better experience, and they will get more of our business for some upgrades and changes we still need to make.

I have dealt with many people in my lifetime, so believe me when I say Omar, my electrician, was by far one of the most respectful and thoughtful people I have ever met! He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and is one of the most polite and thoughtful repair/maintenance people I have ever encountered. He will definitely be the first person I will ask for, for all of the electrical tasks I have in the future. If all of Barnett's employees have the same business to customer attitude, the company will excel!

Richard arrived promptly at set time of appointment. Items of concern were discussed and then I was given options as to how repairs could be made. He was very professional and I will definitely have him back to do additional work in future. I have never used Barnett Electrical before and am so happy to have found such a professional company.

Andrew from Barnett Electrical was awesome. He went methodically around the front of my house to determine which electrical outlet or switch was causing the outage in my living room. Richard did a great job! He arrived on time. He’s very professional and polite. He assessed/fixed our circuit breaker’s problem quickly and efficiently. One breaker needed to be replaced and he charged us reasonably. This was our first time using this company and I was kind of worried about some other reviews here as they said they try to take advantage of people and charge them for stuff they don’t need, but our experience was far from that so we’re very pleased. We’ll definitely recommend them (and Richard) to anyone who needs electrical services!

Omar came out and installed a 240 volt connection for a new Tesla in my garage. He also added a generator transfer switch for emergency power at my house. Called Barnett after traditional hours because we had an appliance suddenly stop working and we were concerned with the electrical work being safe. They sent someone out the very next morning without charging an extravagant fee despite the quick response. The technician that helped us was Hunter, he was kind, patient with all my questions, and worked hard to rectify our problems quickly! I am extremely happy with this service, the response time and the price for both our problem fixed today and the quotes given for possible future work.
