The girl named Edeny helped me and she is the only employee that has ever been able to answer every question I had and informed me about things I didn't even know. She is AMAZING. That girl needs a raise or needs to be a manager if she isn't already. I will be switching my phone plan because of her. Thank you!!!!

I am a good customer, a loyal customer, and I am also a paying customer. To add to my consistent and predictable history, my plan contains a total of 4 lines. I thought that maybe, just maybe, Metro Cellular/T-Mobile would create a plan where customers that have a good record paying on time and a time period of 7 years or more. I am just thinking out loud, but maybe this suggestion should go in a "Suggestion Box" that is monitored daily and taken seriously.
