Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City near Bricktown

Fourth time booking a stay here. The first time my wife and I stayed here, we extended our original three day stay to a two week stay. We both have had such great memories and life experiences here, oddly enough. Now that we live in OKC, we still plan on staying here for special date nights. A very close and straight shot to Bricktown with immediate motorway access to everywhere else in OKC. The staff has always been very accommodating and happy, which is greatly appreciated.

5 stars for 1 reason only. Frigid AC. It was incredible. I've never gotten a room this freaking cold. It's an okay hotel, okay pool, okay location decently close to Bricktown, maybe a little sketchy. But my God. You can hang meat in those rooms and I'll stay there anyway for that.

I was pleasantly surprised! Surrounding hotels are a bit suspect. This one was clean and staff was amazing. Our room was very clean, a few lightbulbs were out and there wasn’t a shower curtain when we arrived, but the staff was able to fix those issues for us. Breakfast choices were great, clean eating area. Only issue was breakfast wasn’t ready on time at 6 which causes a delayed start to our day. The swimming pool was clean and very warm. Hope to visit again soon!

as an OTR CDL driver, this place is good, the rooms are nice, beds are decent with lots of pillows.
the counter person are always friendly and helpful.
there is an exercise room and a pool.
the last time I was here the room I got had a busted TV and the pretty lady on duty at the front desk walked up with a new room key for me and made sure my stay was good, even got me some mustard for my dinner

Great location, friendly staff, and neat and clean rooms as well as property. Manager Ron took time to check in with us during breakfast. It was great. Hotel is located very close to the exit so very convenient. You can't beat the value so close to downtown OKC in this quality and price. I will ways stay here.

My husband and I got stuck on the side of the road off of I40 in OKC and we live in AZ. They were very accommodating and able to get us checked in quickly, we even got a truckers discount. The room was nice, clean and comfy with cable TV. The shower was nice and hot newly renovated. It was nice and cool throughout the night as well. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay here.

Had to stay from Friday to Monday due to heater mother board completely going out, an this weekend it stormed, an tornadoes, cold weather no heat, or AC at home.

But was peaceful, got to go swimming in doors, and the pool is heated, with a nice variety breakfast in the mornings. Will be returning.

What really made me and my daughters experience even more relaxing, and enjoying, is my complex management paid for our stay.

Loved my stay at this location! They have a heated pool which was SOO nice when it was freezing outside. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was stocked, they have a laundry room, AND fitness center. They even have a station for when you have a snacks craving. The manager Camarie was amazing! She made sure I got the room I desired and always said good morning when I came in the lobby. So personal. Will definitely recommend!

Overall I didn't feel safe in this area but staying at the Comfort Inn made me feel a lot safer than had I stayed at any other hotel in the area. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean! Only complaint is the wifi was a little slow.

NICE hotel. Clean and better rooms than you expect. Price is fantastic for this quality. Location is fine. Tamyka at the front desk is super helpful. Heather at the breakfast lounge is very friendly and nice. I had a suite for less than the price than I would have paid anywhere else for a regular room. If you are going to Oklahoma City and don't want to overspend then this is your place!

This hotel is a little gem of a find! Clean rooms, fresh lobby and incredibly friendly staff! Heather at the desk was like visiting your favorite aunt who was ready to make sure we had everything we needed! Michelle at the morning breakfast (included in the stay) welcomed us each morning as she hustled about to keep the foods stocked and tidy! We arrived late our final morning and she made sure we still got something before she closed up! The value of this stay was highly impressive as well! The little market for snacks and drinks was reasonably priced! I am used to being priced gouged but $1 for a can of soda or candies and $2 for a bottle of soda is what one would pay at a normal grocery store! The laundry on site was $1.50! The beds were very comfortable as the bedding is a high thread count and the mattress was a memory foam type. I slept great from night 1 and that never happens! This place has been a wonderful home away from home after we experienced an electrical fire in our rent house. Staff is wonderful. Very clean facilities and best of all, social distancing enforced! They even have grab and go breakfast with all prepackaged food options to avoid accidental contamination. The beds and sheets are the most comfortable thing I've ever laid in. The only minor problem is the pool heater is currently broken. Other than that, highest recommended hotel!

We have stayed here a couple of times within the last few months. Me and my family were in OKC house shopping. The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. Our room was upgraded free of charge because we have a toddler. The neighborhood doesn't look as nice as some hotels. I would say because it's in an industrial area. We felt safe there though and we would stay there again.

Super clean, bright and fresh! We arrived and Heather checked us in with a hearty Oklahoma welcome! After a long day of travel and airline service, it was super refreshing to be appreciated and assisted! Our room is tidy and cozy.... we loved the added touches such as the iced lemon water, the Kleenex box roses and extra attention! Would highly recommend this hotel! Will stay again!

Great service. Tracy, Clara and Sharay @ the front desk were very helpful. Not far from Bricktown, driving distance from Norman. Maint. guy even helped carry in luggage. They all went above their duty to make the stay pleasant.

I just have to get on here and brag about this hotel and their management. We are coming into town in May for a ball tournament and we needed to book rooms. Heather stayed on the phone with me for an hour and a half to make sure all of my reservations were completed and exactly what we wanted. She went out of her way to make me happy. The manager Matt went above and beyond to make sure our stay will be everything we asked for. I look forward to staying at this hotel and meeting these kind people in person. I highly recommend this hotel and their staff.

Hotel and the room was very clean. The staff was really friendly. Would like bigger pillows on the beds though. Did not get the chance to try the breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This is a surprisingly excellent hotel for the price. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was nice and the staff was welcoming. The area is a little sketchy, but that's most of OKC, what can you do? They have free parking, which is a plus, and right across the lot is a gas station with quite a good Indian restaurant in it. It's just a little too far off Bricktown to be walkable but very convenient for a cheap Uber/Lyft.

I loved this hotel. The breakfast was great. The cook was onsite making sure nothing was empty longer than 2 mins( not kidding). The room was comfortable. Loved the shower and the showerhead ( able to change spray settings). The pillows were soft and some were firm. Housekeeping was killing it everyday. The weekend night concierge (5-11-2019) was constantly making rounds and checking up on people in the pool. The pool was HEATED and indoor. This was a great hotel. I will be back.
There were some cosmetic issues but it didn't affect my stay.

The lady checking people in was new and extremely slow. But she was friendly. The rooms were clean and nice. And less than 2 miles from Bricktown and less than 3 miles from downtown and National Memorial
