Candlewood Suites Oklahoma City - Bricktown, an IHG Hotel

I had a good experience here. The room was clean and quiet. Price was better than on the other side of the expressway, which is only about 1/3 miles away, and it includes parking (hotel lot)!

Shuttle service is also included with pickup and dropoff at Bricktown/downtown until 11 pm on weeknights and 1 am on Friday & Saturday. I took the Shuttle to a Thunder basketball game and then back to hotel.

Stayed there for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and polite and Eric stood out. Great customer service from him especially. Made me not miss home so much. I'll be back in about a month.

One of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at.

Super cheap rooms $70-$80 a night.
Got a room with 2 queen beds and there was way more space in the room than you get in most hotels.
Lots of desk/counter space.

Room was nice a clean. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Had the mini kitchen in the room.

They offered free shuttle to the general brick town area. To use it you talk with the front desk a they will reach out to the shuttle for you.
You can also call the front desk and have the shuttle come pick you up as well and bring you back to the hotel as well.

Decent amount of parking.
No issues with finding parking space.

The 2 people working that we interacted with were both very nice and helpful.

I would definitely come back here.

By far the nicest long-term stay Hotel in the area for the prices. They have a nice shuttle bus that will take you downtown to go to Bass Pro Shop or get some food give the front desk a call and they'll come pick you up promptly. Also the morning manager is extremely friendly and has helped me several times while I stayed here. They also have a very nice nice Clerk that is attentive and helpful as well named Martha.

Stayed at this property last night and I was running late so i called the front desk and added my daughter to the reservation so she could check in. Check in was seamless and front desk attendant was nice and personable. Room was nice and front desk attendant arranged for the shuttle to take us to the paycom center. Will stay at this location again.

Nice hotel, in a quiet neighborhood. It's literally a minute drive from downtown. A few more minutes if you walk, but with a free shuttle service, there's no need to walk. It is next to a major highway, but to be honest, we only heard one car the whole time. And it was really "gunnin it". The room was nice and very clean! The only thing we saw out of place was a few scuffs/stains in the wall, but nothing a good scrub or fresh coat of paint couldn't fix. The TV had plenty of channels for the whole family. The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise that we didn't expect. It was fully furnished with a sink, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Everything you'd need for an extended stay. They even loan out crockpots! The beds were SO comfortable and clean! The bathroom and shower were furnished with full-size soaps/shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which is nice if you forget yours, which we did. And you get plenty of towels already, but you only have to ask for more if needed. Major kudos to Martha and Henry! Because of these 2, we will definitely be back! We want to see more of OKC. Martha was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She found us a room immediately and even took the time to answer questions that I had, with no rush. She offered a shuttle service to take us to and from downtown if needed so we wouldn't have to search for a parking spot. Which we were truly grateful for, the parking is truly AWFUL! Henry, the shuttle driver, was ready to take us as soon as we were ready to go. He was very nice and got us where we wanted to be in no time and made the trip enjoyable. All we had to do was call the hotel when we finished walking around downtown, and Henry was back in about 3 minutes to pick us back up. Tony was the morning front desk clerk. He was very nice and asked me about my stay. He got a glowing review. Everyone here has been so pleasant and welcoming. Thank you to everyone at this hotel for making our spur of the moment trip so great. We will be back!

It was a lovely stay at Candlewood suites, we weren’t expecting a kitchen in our king studio but it was a nice bonus to have. The room was clean and the hotel amenities such as the laundry room and convenience store available 24/7 was so helpful. I will be booking with Candlewood again for sure!

Very nice, clean, large room. We didn't realize the room had a kitchen with it. For $89.00, it was a fantastic deal. Loved the shower, and so nice to have a laundry room available. And great location with free shuttle to Brick Town. Loved it!

Candlewood was a really nice hotel modestly priced and great location with free shuttle service to Bricktown. Driver was great. Hotel staff very accommodating and hotel was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel treated myself and guest. With the best service. And hospitality if we can do it again we will...hopefully without the fire alarms going off!!!! Still a great stay and hotel.

Great value and very comfortable bed. The room (suite upgrade) was big and was great, couch was the only thing I would say is not that comfortable but overall everything was wonderful. The service was great and staff was friendly. Much Better priced than 3 mins into downtown.

My stay was short but very comfortable. The shuttle to bricktown running until 3 am was also very appreciated and I’m glad to see this hotel doing their part to make it easy to go out and have fun without worrying about DUIs or anyone having to be left out to be the DD. The room was very clean and the bed linens were very comfortable. I also liked that when I did my typical checks along the bed seams for bugs I found none and the bed had multiple different liners on it to keep gross things out of the mattress. Check in and out was a very simple process as well and front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

When we reached the hotel, Shay check us in. She was very pleasant and nice to speak to. She even allowed us an early check in, which is always great. The hotel was clean and the sweet was a nice size. All members of staff were very pleasant to be around. Eric was kind enough to show us to our next destination upon this check out. I would recommend this hotel especially if you're coming in with a family and would like to do some cooking or always have leftovers and need a refrigerator

This particular unit had a kitchenette which was nice to have access to the microwave for reheating leftovers from restaurants and cooled off coffee. Nice and clean room. Fluffy towels after bathing and the bathroom was nice and clean.
When I was in my teenage years I worked at a Ramada Inn as a Housekeeper. It's not an easy job at all. Some people are pretty sloppy/messy.

Great property, location. Parking, staff etc. Near lots of restaurants and bars in Bricktown, also the highway. Martha was very helpful and kind when I checked in, as was the gentleman the next day when I checked out. The room was deluxe and the price was great.

I love this place. The staff here inside and out are awesome. Perfect location to Bricktown and the shuttle to take up down and bring you back eliminates parking and partying issues you my have. There are so many amenities at this location because the adjacent hotels both let you use the pool and hot tub at the other. Cleaning of the rooms and properties are always to high standard. Location, Staff, Inside and out, and cleanliness. What more could want. Management is doing an outstanding job !!!!!!

TLTR - The front desk concierge, Shay, was extremely helpful. We'd been driving all night and through the early morning before checking in for our reservation for the night prior. Because we'd have only had one hour left to use the room, Shay made it possible for us to have a later checkout that would allow us some rest and relaxation. This was a significant benefit to our cross-country trip, as we (a friend plus my two kids) were tired and weary. Shay's humanity & compassion meant everything. You can tell she enjoys what she does and she's great at it!

Clean, staff very friendly stayed 2 days. Just wish they served breakfast. But I know that they don't, and I still love to stay.

We initially had trouble getting in due to a third party booking agency mistake, but management made it right after verifying with the agents. They upgraded our room and refunded the cost of the room we had to get last minute from another hotel. They put us in a suite and it is very comfortable. The decor has a homey feel and the place is extremely clean.

First... staff was very friendly (afternoon, night, and morning).
Secondly... love their business area!
Thirdly, we loved access to DVD player and DVDs. Also, the games selection was great!
2 Important things happened (Very Impressive!)
1. There was a party below us that was blaring bass past 10pm and we had an early morning. We called the front desk and they took care of it immediately and we got a great nights rest!
Great, comfortable beds!
2. I left my favorite expensive pillow. I called an hour or so later and the front desk took care of going to the 4th floor and to our room to get it and hold it for us. Amazing!

Just cannot say enough about how great of a stay we had!!!
